This morning my parents toilet began to leak, I asked around for some reliable and honest plumbers and was referred to Turbo Home Services! I’m so glad this is the route we chose because they did not disappoint! Joseph was accompanied by another coworker (didn’t catch his name, sorry) they were in & out within a hour & half! Very nice, respectful and quick! Also, we were told their estimated time of arrival would be around 7-8 pm tonight!! But, surprisingly they arrived around 5:30 pm and was done before the time we were quoted! I definitely recommend Turbo Home Services to anyone with plumbing needs and not looking to break the bank! After having a terrible and failed experience with Lowe’s and not having a working kitchen sink for two weeks, I finally called Got Flow to get my kitchen faucet installed. After being put off by Lowe’s multiple times, Got Flow was able to get me in same day! Michael was our technician and he was amazing! At first we weren’t going to do the job because we couldn’t afford it but he made an effort to contact his boss to work on the price for us. We were able to come to an agreement and he got the job done no hassles! I 100% recommend Got Flow to anyone! They were so awesome!

Eli was great. He took photos of what was wrong, explained how the equipment should look, explained the issues if we did not repair the system and then showed us photos of the finished work. Although it is Christmas Eve and he has other jobs to complete today, he took the time to answer our questions. We appreciated his service.

Very quick to respond via Yelp message and had an appointment the following day. Crew was timely and respectful. They weren't able to fix my problem (only narrow down the issue) as it appears to have been an issue with my dishwasher but I would highly recommend and plan to use Acosta for any future plumbing needs.

I have had problems with the air conditioner in the last few days and with the hot weather it is impossible not to have air conditioning at home, a family member optimized TURBO for the repair and it was definitely the best decision I could make, the fix was quite fast.

Ricky was here the same day we called and assessed our 16 year old A/C system as dead. He quoted a (currently) fair price to replace the entire system with commercial quality components - Outside unit, new coil, new furnace. He then scheduled our install for THE NEXT DAY (Saturday) at a 9am-11am window.Javier and Vladimir showed up at 8am, ready to beat the heat and get the job done. They left at 2:30pm. They were friendly, open, fast, clean, and thorough. They build a new plenum on site (the old unit didn't even have one), added dampers, and in general customized the installation for our house and made it far better than the builder installation we had.In short, we didn't want to have to spend the money, but the guys at Turbo made the rest of the process not only painless, but enjoyable. First class service and response. They will be my go to for any future A/C or plumbing calls!

We used Pickett Plumbing/Malek Electrical to install a whole house generator. The salesman was great and helped us with some issues we had with the office staff when scheduling. The installation teams were professional and keep us apprised throughout the day.

Just called to get pricing on an issue we are having and after being rude to begin with, the representative (maybe owner?) hung up on me. Do not recommend, and glad I did not give them any business prior to finding this out.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.
