Lucky’s looked at an area on the wall behind the toilet that was damp after a house cleaning service did a deep clean through the house a few days ago. The dampness dried up the next day and stayed dry thereafter. However, I called Lucky’s to make sure there were no underlying problems. Eric confirmed there was no leaking from the toilet. He also found a 1/8 inch drop using a level on the floor from the wall to 2 ft away. Since there was no stain around the toilet base caulking, Eric said the water from mopping ran down the grout channel under the wall and absorbed into the sheet rock where I saw the dampness. Leonard and Mario were absolutely fantastic - they replaced my shower cartridge with no issue even though the plumbing and valves were very old and parts are usually hard to find. They were so kind, respectful, and patient with me, I truly appreciated their help in getting this issue resolved efficiently. I was initially nervous because it was frustrating to coordinate with Eda in terms of scheduling - I kept having to personally follow-up myself even though she said she would call back several times, and I was told I would receive a confirmation email and I never did. But luckily it all worked out in the end - once Leonard and Mario were here, they did a great job.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Excellent service with rapid response. We had an emergency leak and our ceiling was dripping tons of water. Within what felt like ten minutes after calling, the owner arrived. After fixing the leak, he also cleaned all the broken ceiling debris, brought material and patched the roof for us while we wait on a dehumidifier to dry the damaged tiles. I would recommend his services to anybody!are

Horrible company, they don't appreciate their employees and they hire people who don't know what they are doing in order to save on payroll. The few people that do work hard they take advantage and then throw them aside when they are thru with them. This is a trash company, they have no integrity and i would not trust their work. Do not hire this company if you want the job done right!!! The new management team is pure trash and don't know how to manage this company efficiently. Find service somewhere else

This company has a horrible drive who apparently has road rage! Drive with unit number 120. Called yesterday to report to the company and left a message with the receptionist and haven’t heard back from the manager. Couldn’t get the managers name because apparently the receptionist said she could not give out the managers name! Remember your employees reflect on your company!
