We used Halo Plumbing on the recommendation from a neighbor. We had a leaky pipe (very slow) that connects to our hot water heater. When I first contacted Loren he let me know that they were slammed with calls from Winter Storm Uri and he would schedule me once things slowed down since the issue wasn’t urgent. I appreciated the transparency. His office called me sooner than expected and sent a tech out. The job ended up being more complicated than they initially hoped due to old pipes and corrosion, and the had to cut into our wall to access the pipes. They worked really hard to fix the pipes without having to remove our water heater, which we really appreciated. Both techs were very nice and cleaned up before leaving. The cost ended up being a little higher than the initial estimate, which after taking to the office manager Karen we understand reflects the added complexity of the job. Overall we are satisfied with the work and would recommend Loren and Halo.

In general, Texas Quality Plumbing did a good job of replacing a shower cartridge. It would be even better if they can communicate better about their timing of arrival. Especially if the technicians have to have a lunch first, they need to have a backup plan to honor promise to the customer on the time interval of plumbing repair.

A good plumber to remember! A faucet under the kitchen sink was installed and a problem with the shower head was quickly repaired. Young plumbers, but very professional and they work clean and quickly. The next time I need a plumber my first call will be to Texas Plumbing.

We had a terrible grinder pump issue where a PVC coupling came apart and the neighborhood pressurized sewage was free flowing back into our yard and our neighbor's yard. I called M & M and they fit me into their first available appointment. The crew came out, fixed my coupling, replaced a defective backflow preventer, and made sure the system was working properly. Since most plumbers don't like to work on grinder pump systems, it was very nice to have a company that knew what to do. I would also like to recognize Amy Kettle who was excellent at customer service and making sure we were satisfied with the work performed. I would highly recommend M & M for you plumbing needs.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Cannot stress enough how amazing these guys have been! There are few things more frustrating in life (especially in Houston) than issues with your plumbing and/or AC. From the moment they arrived to the moment they left, you could tell these guys truly cared about the well being of your house and its effect on your happiness!Both on the AC and plumbing side, everyone involved is responsive, service oriented, detailed, honest, timely, and considerate. These guys responded to emergencies quickly and effectively, taught us quick fixes and best practices while repairing, and left us with that priceless feeling of peace of mind! Excellent service with rapid response. We had an emergency leak and our ceiling was dripping tons of water. Within what felt like ten minutes after calling, the owner arrived. After fixing the leak, he also cleaned all the broken ceiling debris, brought material and patched the roof for us while we wait on a dehumidifier to dry the damaged tiles. I would recommend his services to anybody!are
