I was very satisfied with my interactions with Cooper Plumbing. They were quick to respond and clear in their communication. The dispatched plumber arrived right on time. He was personable, professional, and quickly found the solution to the problem. I never felt like I was being lied to or taken advantage of. Hopefully I'll never need to call a plumber again, but if I do, I know who to call!

I had a really high water bill and Blue Frog sent out Alton. He was very thorough and professional helping to diagnose a possible broken water meter. Thanks to him I’m working with the city to get that rectified!

We had an outside pipe break during the recent winter storm. We started calling plumbers on Wednesday in hope of getting someone out the following week. TDT actually answered our call and indicated they would have a technician call us Friday. We were so excited but still a bit doubtful so continued to make calls and we were put on wait lists. TDT called first thing Friday morning to advise someone would be out before noon and they were. The part for our repair was not on their truck so they went back to their office to get the part and made the repair. AMAZING.We will never use another plumber.

My domestic 10 years historical water heater stopped working and so I referred to as this company for their service. They were speedy to get there carried out the analysis and determined out that the heating unit had burned out and wished replacement. The technician set up a new one and hot water restored.

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind. I rarely write reviews but this company warrants another 5 star review. I have had poor experience with contractors in TX because of a lazy approach to their business. Rude on phones, miss appointments and try to rip you off.ORY's and special accolades to Charlie for understanding the true concept of customer service. Won't go through the details but called for assistance wit a shower that kept running water. Well beyond a drip. We had some issues with the repair initially but Charlie stepped up and had open communication with me to really want to work out the situation.It was all resolved to my satisfaction and the 5 star review is for a company that understands and practices customer service.ory's is my go-to plumber for any future needs.
