I will use them for all of my plumbing needs. They helped me get through a tough water softener and whole house filter installation. Efficient and quality work all around.

We had an emergency leak and they were able to come out the same day and sent a whole team who was able to diagnose and repair and install new water heaters within a couple hours. They even gave us quotes on other smaller issues around the house. The entire team did an incredible job detailing all the issues and explaining everything thoroughly. Aldo and Bradley came out and fixes a few plumbing issues that I had . They did a wonderful job. It’s hard to trust some plumbing companies but I totally have full trust in loyalty plumbing . I well refer them to all family and friends.

I called Loyalty and explained that I had water overflowing from the drip pan under my hot water heater. They immediately scheduled me for an estimate the next day. (called Thursday, they came Friday.) Juan and his crew arrived on time within 10 minutes told me that the hot water heater had an Internal crack and needed to be replaced. They quoted me a total of $2200.00 to replace my 40 gallon gas water heater in the attic. They had one in their truck, so the install took a couple of hours. That's it! Simple, efficient, good quality work, and a very competative price. Thanks to Juan and his crew--I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend their service. Loyalty Plumbing installed water lines, valves for our new walk in shower. Removed old toilet and will install new toilet when flooring is laid. Prompt, thorough and efficient! We are pleased with the work. Fixture trim will be installed when the tile has been completed. I will share photos when that is done.

Junior and William were very helpful and professional. They unclogged the main drain for the toilet efficiently and effectivly after dianostics. They also wore booties inside and were very clean. They were kind to my dog while inside our home. They thoroughly explained the process before they did anything and during the process to keep us updated on the progress/solution. Aldo came by on short notice at nighttime, after we had an emergency backyard broken faucet leak. He immediately assessed the situation, developed a plan of action, and was prepared enough to have arrived with all required tools. He was able to stop our leak, drill a hole through our wall, replace & insulate a pipe, and give us detailed information about the remaining patchwork to be completed the next day. Pricing was transparent & reasonable, and Aldo was friendly, upbeat, and hardworking despite the time and the cold. Overall amazing service, he helped keep the holidays as stress-free as possible!

I reached out to Loyalty Plumbing for assistance and they replaced my entire sewer line with PVC. They were on time for the scheduled repair and very professional. Junior and William replaced the poorly installed plumbing done by a contractor a few years ago. We used Loyalty for a new water heater in the past, and were happy with their work and the price. We are still happy with the work, but the price seemed a bit high. I suppose that’s to be expected with the corrupt and feckless idiot we have in the White House.

Great service. Terrible pricing. $495 to replace a disposal. Unit costs $95 retail. So $400 for one guy to stand there and 1 guy to perform 30m work.

We had a major problem with our toilets. Outside clean out was blown out by water company and it made a huge mess in our bathrooms and apparently clogged bathtub. Bradley and William were both very friendly and knowledgeable and took care of the problem. I would highly recommend.

They responded perfectly but once here, it seems they didn’t know what to do. They had an added cost at every turn and left without actually even stopping the leak and I paid them $300 for them doing nothing. Do not use them. Or be prepared to nickel and dime everything and costs are outrageous as it stands. Go elsewhere.

My experience with Loyalty Plumbing was smooth and professional every step of the way. Bradley came out today, listened to all of my concerns about the toilets, shower and kitchen sink faucet. He gave me solutions, options and estimates for everything and was super patient and helpful! We went with his suggestions and he was incredibly quick and efficient. He ran into a small snag in one of the toilets with ancient degraded bolts. He let us know immediately and gave us remediation options. Now, all the plumbing in our house is working! Hopefully I won't need a plumber again for a while but when I do, I know I can call Loyalty!

Came out for home plumbing inspection and ran camera down pipe and said there was a break on my side. This is false and was verified by the county. Also said all pipes inside home needed to be replaced also is false. This company will tell you false items just to try getting money from you. I would not recommend this company to anyone that needs a reliable plumber and not one just trying to make easy moneyUpdate after trying to say the main sewage leak was on home owner side has been proven wrong and was on the county side.I would not recommend this company to any one.They also gave a 13k estimate that a licensed plumber fixed for less than 3k.

Loyalty Plumbing is the only plumbing company we will be using from here in out! From start to finish of our total home re-plumb they professional, timely and very thorough with their work. They had us back up in business within a day and a half. Oscar was there to answer all our questions and was very easy to work with. I can’t say enough amazing things about Aldo and Loyalty Plumbing! I called right before they closed on Monday about repiping our entire home and replacing our water heater due to a plumbing leak. They showed up at 8am Tuesday and had finished the entire job by 5pm. Their team was super professional and friendly, and Aldo stopped by a few times to check in on everything. Their quote was $6,000 lower than the other plumber we called for the same materials and labor. CALL LOYALTY! They will take care of you!!

I had the bad luck of a shower faucet breaking in the open position when I turned it on, 8:45 PM on a Wednesday night, I Google searched for a plumber in my area and Loyalty Plumbing came up with almost 400 positive reviews, 4.8 stars. I called the number and actually got Aldo, the owner on the first try, I told him my issue and he said he would have a service man out in about an hour. Bradley the service man called a short bit later, and was on the way! He was right on time…He showed up at the stroke of 10 PM, and left my house at 10:35 and the repair was completely done quickly, efficiently and professionally. Spent time talking with him, he’s a great person too. He showed me what was wrong with the faulty part and what had happened. Very quick response and repair by Jose and Elijah. Jose gave us two options and didn’t push the more expensive option for repairing a burst pipe. That being said, we had another company come out and rework the piping for a fraction of the cost that Loyalty Plumbing charged to simply bypass it. The other company also found a way to do the project in a much more efficient way without tearing out exterior walls. The bottom line is that they do good work, but they charge high fees and might make the project more expensive and complicated than it needs to be.

We've had a clogged kitchen sink since Saturday--with icky water which did not drain--at all!! We tried baking soda and white vinegar and then, the store-brand pipe cleaner. Nothing seemed to work. The same issue came back next day and the company agreed to come out for free and then next day called and said they would not be doing that because they want to charge 13k instead. I spoke with the owner who admitted MULTIPLE TIMES THE JOB WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY. Yet he still refused to fix it or refund. This place is a joke and absolute scam.The gentlemen (William and Junior) were very friendly and got the job done quickly. they came out same day. They are over priced and pushy to write a review. The only reason they have good reviews is because they pay people off to write them. The owner was very rude and condescending. I would not recommend this company.

The pipe between our meter and house shutoff valve developed a leak and was slowly saturating our lawn and overflowing into the street. Rather than dig around to troubleshoot and to head off any future leaks/cracks, they recommended replacing the entire pipe with a new PEX line. We were pretty happy with the entire experience.The work appears to be good quality, and they were FAST. We contacted Loyalty on Monday night, had someone out on Tuesday to look at the issue, and the work was completed by Wednesday afternoon. That's less than 48 hours from the first email to the final invoice. If you have an urgent plumbing issues, Loyalty is an excellent choice.We were told our water would only be shut off for an hour or two of the repair, but the water was shut off promptly after the crew arrived (with no heads up) and was left off for the duration of the five hour repair. They also left their trash in our cans without asking, and didn't inform us when they had left. I just peeked my head outside and noticed that they were gone and the water was back on.We needed to move quickly for our repair, so we didn't get a chance to shop around. With that said, I felt Loyalty's price was on the upper end of fair - a premium I was happy to pay in this circumstance. Perhaps to offset this, Loyalty offered a $50 discount to write reviews on three review sites.Overall, we were happy with Loyalty's quality work and expedience.

Junior and William from Loyalty Plumbing were responsive and professional while servicing a pipe leak after severe cold weather.

I was very happy with their timely professional service, all work was completed quickly and they disposed of the old equipment. The only problems I have is they failed to advise, prior to arrival, of the 3% additional fee for credit card use. They also charged me $175 to replace one 3/4 ball valve on the cold water supply line. This was later reduced to $100 by paying cash and the item was not listed on the invoice.

We called late in the day on Friday and not only got an answer and an appointment but confirmation. The guys that came out first thing Saturday morning were on time, professional, kept the work area clean and finished a toilet rebuild in no time at all! I knew these gentlemen were professionals as soon as I saw they wore shoe covers into our home without us having to ask. We called due to a gas leak in our attic. After having a difficult time communicating with a different plumber, who GROSSLY misunderstood the gravity of the repair required, Aldo and Ricardo jumped in and fixed it for the long haul. Aldo gave us genuine and sincere advice on what repairs need to be done, and the sensitivity of the repairs needed. There was no strong arming; he was clear and objective when stating his thoughts regarding repairs. He gave us a couple weeks to decide what option works best for us and get back to him, which was greatly appreciated. There was no forced urgency to make a decision now. What a novel idea, giving people space to make thoughtful decisions!All in all, we’re keeping their info in our back pocket for future needs, including remodeling!

I have uses Loyalty plumbing before for a water leak, both times the company was at my home within 2 hours. Both times they did fixed the leak & the technicians was professionals. Antonio & Elijah were the very nice & explain the problem before doing the repairs. The repairs were done quickly & they replaced everything back in the yard.

The hot water heater replacement was in the attic and very hard to get to behind some large A/C duct hoses. 45 minutes to a hour they were finished. They had to cut the old heater to remove it from the attic and was heavy because of calcium deposits. It was one of the hardest replacements they ever done. They were very professional and friendly and clenad up well.

Loyalty Plumbing will be my go to company from here on out for all repairs. I had a valve that needed to be replaced behind my washing machine. They were able to replace the valve without having to get into the sheetrock and stuck with this job until it was done right. I would recommend this company for any plumbing related job.They arrived on time, gave a 30 minute courtesy call before showing up and were prompt with a follow-up appointment the next day. Loyalty Plumbing is wonderful! I’ve been using them 2 years and I’ve never been disappointed. Antonio and Elijah came today to install a new kitchen faucet (touchless, amazing faucet) and a hot water tap, and flush and clean the hot water heater. They did a great job! But the best part was the electricians were here and the electrician accidentally drilled into a water line for my whole-house water filter system and water started going everywhere. Antonio and Elijah jumped to the rescue, stopped the water, and fixed the damaged line in less than 15 minutes! These guys are amazing! You can’t go wrong with Loyalty Plumbing!

We had a clogged sewer line to the city main. Bradley and Aldo showed up before the expected time and went to work immediately clearing the clogged line, making a video for me to show the root cause(pun intended). Tree roots and dirt had me down, but they are picking us up. Estimate created to replace line, trim roots, and insure this doesn't happen again anytime in the near future. Wow, what a day!I called loyalty plumbing cause I had no hot water. They sent out Jose, he was very knowledgeable and informed me of all the issues I was having. Received quote to run gas line about 10 feet. I had already dug the trench myself. Basically needed their expertise to connect and install pipe. Quote was $2,200. I couldn’t believe it. Owner said that everyone was charging these rates.I called another company (Skelly Plumbing) and spoke to the owner. He quoted me $850 and was here the next day to install. Fantastic outcome.I can’t speak to Loyalty Plumbing’s work quality. They may be excellent. But I’m not a fan of their business model when it comes to providing sky high estimates. If I didn’t know better, I’d have paid them nearly $1,000 more than necessary.Please get several estimates so you know the fair market rate.

The guy brought a 6ft auger, that's all he had to unclog the toilet. I had one and used it and it didn't work. It didn't work for him either, then he said he needed to remove the entire toilet and auger it after that. They wanted 600 bucks. I said no thank you. Why wouldn't a plumber have a longer auger or snake. I unclogged using a co2 powered burst of air. 25 bucks at home depot.

Our brand new house had a bent sewage pipe under it and caused sewage to back up into the master bathroom flooding half the bottom floor. Aldo and his guys came out quickly and ran cameras to find the damage and dug under house and replaced sewer lines quickly and efficiently! Price was better than other quotes and service was top notch!

Called them to come out and fix a clogged toilet. They charged me and after a few days the problem persisted, but they tried to charge me to fix it again. You don’t charge someone to fix something you already got paid to fix and failed to do so the first time. That’s not right. They acknowledge this but still only want to credit me 50% of what I was charged towards fixing I again.

Had them out twice in the last few weeks to fix a burst pipe from the big winter in February and then a leaking shower drain. For both jobs, they were very prompt about communicating and punctual when coming out for inspections and doing the work. Both repairs were made well and with no issues and they cleaned after themselves. I spoke with Aldo to arrange inspections, and Justin performed both repairs. Both gentlemen were very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

Conflicting price quote depending on which repair person you talk to. Charge me a service call for work I declined because of the conflict. Had them do a repair on Sunday and discussed coming back to do more repair but when they came back out price was 4x what I was told the day before and in PERSON and when I declined the additional work they still charged me a service charge for coming out. Very prompt but I was not going to be price gouged.

Called Aldo at Loyalty plumbing this morning about 830am needing a new water heater. They had it installed by 1pm this afternoon. $300 less than the competitor i quoted plus the unit they installed is American-made. The competitor i quoted was going to install a unit made in Mexico. They walked me through maintenance procedures and cleaned-up after themselves. Very glad I called Loyalty. Thanks, guys!

We are very pleased with the service provided by this company. A bathroom sink in the second floor has repeatedly overflowed in the last 2 weeks even without anyone using it. The problem persisted despite my efforts so I called Loyalty Plumbing for service. Within 45 minutes, Justin and Chris called to say they were on their way and arrived here less than 30 minutes later. They were very professional, asked about the problem when they arrived, did a visual inspection of the problematic sink and diagnosed the cause. They explained the remedy and were upfront with the cost. We agreed and they went ahead to fix the problem promptly. In the end they summarized the root cause of the problem, the service they did, and offered advice on preventive maintenance to avoid a repeat event. We highly recommend this company!

We recently purchased a new home and had some plumbing items identified on the inspection report. I contacted Loyalty Plumbing and they provided us with an estimate of repairs that was at least comparable with the other estimates we received. Their team came out after closing and quickly took care of all issues identified. They were very polite and professional through the inspection process, and worked well with other contractors we had out at the home. After the repairs were complete, the supervisor on location walked me through the house showing me the repairs and explaining what was done with each item. We were very happy with the service received and would use them again in the future.

This is the second time I have used Loyalty in Spring, Tx., and this last time was a crisis everyone is experiencing in Texas. As soon as I called Justin, he assured me as soon as they could get to us they would, but travel in that area of Houston was impossible. Just took a couple of days and they got to us right away while hundreds and hundreds are still waiting to get their pipes fixed so they would have water. My tenant was very patient but was more than overjoyed that they got to us as soon as they did. The tenant says they did a very good job, but because my pipes were very old and corroded the whole line had to be replaced 50 feet. It was quite expensive but only because of the extent of the damage. Now we are good to go for another 30 years, thank you Justin for getting to us right away. I had 2 plumbers out previously and was told I had a break in our concrete pipes under the house. Aldo and his team located the break and it was on the outside perimeter of the house. I would NEVER recommend this company. They replaced a hose bib and pipe leading to faucet on Sat. (2/13) before the storm. They charged well above the average cost for this repair but knew the storm was coming and needed it fixed. The same pipe busted on Tues. so we waited 5days w/ No water for them to come see their work. They would NOT take responsibility for the same pipe they just put in and wanted another $500 to replace the same 6” pipe. We had another plumber come and fix for far LESS and gave us a guarantee for their work. They are just out to gouge homeowners!! Beware!!

Aldo, the owner, pushes responsibility off to the warranty company when it's him who doesn't want to spend an extra 3 minutes on the phone working with the customer.He'll say he submitted the required paperwork, but ignore that the warranty company explicitly states they've pre-authorized all covered work due to covid. When I did the work of waiting on hold with the warranty company, he hung up instead of figure out where the drop in communication was .

I called Loyalty Plumbing to see if they could fix the water pressure in the house. A representative was sent to the house and I was told that all my fixtures needed replacing and this would fix the problem. There was a price of $3K plus agreed upon for this work. Upon completion, the pressure was still low. I was extremely upset but the worker complained of the $1800 it cost for all of the fixtures, and I felt badly that they work had been done and agreed to pay $2000, as the pressure problem had, not only NOT been resolved, but the Loyalty worker told me that the pressure was not something Loyalty could fix and that I needed to call the Water Dept. I feel duped. This is certainly not good business practice. I now want the entire fee refunded, as I should have been told, from the start, that the water pressure in the unit was NOT something Loyalty could fix!

Had to give 1 star. Had an appointment set up for Friday, took a day off work to be here and they never showed up. I've lost all trust and respect for them. Not even something as simple as a phone call from them or the technician letting me know why. There wasn't even any work to be done, this was just an evaluation. Not a great start but I'm glad I found out how this company was run before I gave them the go ahead for thousands of dollars of work.

This company is a lifesaver!!! After dealing with two previous companies which one of em raised the price up on me 3 times more than originally quoted, my neighbors recommended i call Loyalty Plumbing. I'm sooo glad i did!! I needed 3 new bathroom faucets installed, Aldo showed up the next morning at scheduled time given, explained in detail what needed to be done and set up my appt for the very next morning. The service guys Jose & Eduardo called me and gave me an approximate window time for arrival. They arrived on time and i was pleased to see they wear foot coverings. The job was completed to my satisfaction in the less time than what was quoted. Loyalty plumbing pays attention to detail, the faucets look fantastic, they even swept up their work area afterwards and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction before leaving. I will DEFINITELY be using them again in the future. If you want an honest company that will complete your job on time at a much more reasonable price look no further.

Oscar and another plumber came out to look what was causing the Weird sound it was making when I would flush the toilet, Oscar could tell me right away what was the issue. The Problem was quickly taken care of. They were very professional. They made sure that the area that they were working on was cleaned up. Oscar explained what was the problem in my guest bathroom. A team member sat in front of my house for at least 30 minutes prior to the rest of the teams arrival to provide a quote. I called and left a vm and texted to see about arrival time. no response.Advised of the work desired (install a second dishwasher) and was questioned about why we wanted a second dishwasher and if we did a lot of dishes. Ultimately advising me, there is not enough space where I wanted it.Second item for a quote adding a dual shower head with separate controls. I described what I wanted, which did not include demolishing my current shower. He ultimately asserted it would not make any sense to install as I had desired.Unprofessional commentary and manner of questioning was unappreciated.

Loyalty Plumbing is an excellent plumbing company. They came to our home the first time to fix a over flowing toliet amd found our main line was full of tree roots. They put in a 10 foot line. With in 3 weeks , we were backed up again, they needed to replace another 60 feet of line. They were efficient, clean, respectful , explained every detail of the procedure. Each gentleman was kind and was willing to answer every question. Loyalty plumbing is understanding amd cares for its customers.

Used these guys to replace our master bathtub faucets. First off, when they say they will call ahead, they actually do call ahead! They were so friendly and so professional! We will not use any other plumbing service ever again!

Texted this morning to put my name on the list for repairs. Company shows up at my house this afternoon when I was not at home. The company never notified me that they were coming. I told them if they could wait 20 mins I would be home. They told me they could not wait bit would come back within an hour after they did another job. So I took off work early, missing out on money to be home when they came back. After two hours I tried texting and calling letting them know I was home. No response, and they never showed up .

He sent Justo and Raymond to review situation, they both tried everything to alleviate the the back-up but my slab issues were to severe. I was distraught and nearly in tears but Justo and Raymond's support, knowledge and kindness, made me feel better and able to figure out my options, they gave me an honest explanation of my situation and even figured how I could still use one bathroom, until I have foundation repaired! Great referral, they had to flush a thakless water heater that is not in a simple place. They communicated for the time of arrival, they were on time, ithey gave adequate time for the flush chemicals to work, showed me photos of the debris, I was extremely please. And I found out they travel all over the city and outlying areas.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! Very expensive and poor quality service. Charged $175 just to tighten the pipe and it started leaking again. It's been almost a month and they still haven't came back to fix it. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Total waste of time and money.

After calling 6 different companies claiming to offer 24 hour services at 10:30pm on a Saturday, Aldo was willing to come out in an hour. He recognized the urgency of our situation with small kids involved. He was very professional and kind. He respected our home and was careful not to touch door knobs after working.
