SCAMMERS!!! RUN! On Nov. 1st we had them come out to clean our pipe in our master bath. We have a branch growing into the pipe and they assured us it could be cleaned out. They used a water jet machine & poured acid down the toilet. We were able to use our tub/toilet until Dec. 15th. Then our tub started stopping up and water came up out of the bottom of our toilet. We have documents stating that they guarantee their work... we called to make an appointment & ended up rescheduling 2 times bc they couldn't show up during the window allotted. They came out today & the rep said they have to do a clean out that would cost us ANOTHER $1200. My husband said he didn't want that, we wanted it to be de-scaled. The rep left & said the owner would call. The owner, IDO COHEN called and said we need a clean out and we are wasting his time, do not call back and there is no warranty- although we were received an email saying there is a warranty on their work. He proceeded to tell my husband, don't call this number again I'm going to hang up and he did... Husband called back and he answered and said we weren't getting any money back from them, it's not my problem, don't call this number again and hung up. Horrible horrible customer service!!!! Do not use them- they will not fix your problems and are ridiculously unprofessional. I HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR TO LEAVE THE REVIEW, BUT LET ME CLEAR THEY ARE A ZERO STAR COMPANY.

I had a major plumbing issue under my house. Raymond with Bluefrog came out, assessed the situation and began work the next day.They are very professional plumbers. I had an extra issue arise and Raymond notified my immediately and we were able to take care of the problem. I highly recommend Bluefrog Plumbing.

Texas Quality Plumbing came to my house to repair a leak from the riser on the side of the house. They did an excellent job of determining what might have caused the leak in the first place. They not only fixed the leak, but they also corrected the piping in order to eliminate any undesired stress on the pipe that could potentially cause a leak in the future. I am very satisfied with their response time and their professionalism.

These guys were awesome! Called them at 3:30 when I discovered my leak and they were at my house getting the repair going by 4:00. Very happy with their work!

I set up a service for GT Plumbing to come out check my toilet which wasn’t flushing an change the cartridge in my shower when he arrived checked my toilet I worked just fine after a couple of flushes then went to the shower checked said it needed a cartridge now at this time is when he was supposed to Quote a price that we agree to so he went got cartridge installed an charged $285 BEWARE ASK QUESTIONS when I called the man Secretary wasn’t trying to help me better understand how a call out for a shower cartridge came to $285

We have used this company several times and are very pleased with the service. They come out quickly and always call before arriving. The prices are reasonable and I feel they are honest and fair. We plan to use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know needing plumbing work!

For about a week our toilet would not stop running. Turns out it was a simple flapper replacement. Wes fix it quickly and he was very respectful and kept me informed of everything he was doing and why. I can see why the company is called In The Loop. Definitely will continue to use them for years to come.

A pipe broke underneath my master bathroom toilet and could only be repaired by tunneling under my house. I called 5 different plumbers to get quotes on how much it would cost to repair it. Roberts quote was by far the best. Not only are his prices extremely reasonable, the professionalism, response time, attitude, etc all exceeded any expectations one could hope for. I cannot write enough positive things about Robert and his team. They went above and beyond and completed the job in one day. While Robert was at my house my elderly neighbor came over to ask Robert a question about an issue he was having with his toilet. Robert took a look at it and fixed it for him at no charge. This just goes to show you the type of man Robert is. I will be his customer for life. A 5 Star rating is not enough for Robert and his team. THANK YOU ROBERT!!!

Mr. Sword is disabled unfriendly, inappropriate, comes out and promises something and has no honor nor integrity in keeping his word. When called, emailed and texted he and Christine refuse to get back to you and then when asked what is going on he refuses to take a call or take a job at any price at all. Inappropriate to knowingly strand one in a wheelchair with zero options. Christine will also hang up on you when politely calling. Use him at your own peril. I have all documented and would be happy to share.

Two exterior faucets were replaced, along with a master shut off valve. John was exactly on time for our appointment, and was very professional at determining what I needed and got everything done within two hours. I will certainly use them again.
