I am so happy I found Blue Frog. Clean vans, clean tools, clean uniforms. Alfredo was very helpful in explaining the work, what was involved, and what it would cost. I am very pleased with the whole experience and who can usually say that about a plumbing job!

Repaired valve on main water line. Did an excellent job on the replacement.

Very professional James took the time and explained everything to us, answered all are questions that we had. They installed a clean out in the backyard coming back to do more work.

Amazing!!!! Can’t say enough good things about this company. We had Eddie out to fix a leak in our water shutoff valve. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it under budget. He was upfront about the costs and what needed to be done. I felt very confident that he was going to be able to do what he said he could do. I also want thank Kendra in dispatch for putting a rush on our request and getting a technician to us ASAP.I will definitely be using Redfin again for any plumbing issues in the future.

Paid for invoice to have work started and then I was ghosted. I’ve called several times to get work started and this never happened. Y’all can’t say y’all do it right the first time is you never get the work started. Way to go keeping people waiting with busted pipes UDATED* the replying to comment from owner the estimate was just sent today at 2:42pm June 6.. 2 weeks later. If y’all made a mistake own up to it with common courtesy (meaning how fast can the job be done?) If I’m on a waitlist just forget about it. Thanks

The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone and the one that actually came to our house were both very polite and knowledgeable. They were able to come out the same day but were flexible to schedule for the next day as well. Weren't pushy about adding on work that didn't actually need to be done, just what was needed to rectify our issue. Pricing is fair for the services rendered. Overall, a very positive experience and I will be contacting them again in future.

I recently discovered M&M Plumbing when my toilet system in Friendswood, Texas, developed a blockage. The tech was here quick and on time, and was very knowledgable and friendly. The problem was resolved quickly, and the price was very fair. I will be recommending M&M to friends and family.

We decided to put a washer and dryer in an area it wasn't designed to go in. Wes came in gave an estimate. We had to change the scope of work but he gave us a very reasonable update on the estimate. Once the green light was given, it only took We one day to complete. He came back after inspection to put a few things back in the cabinet. Thanks for the excellent work!!

A pipe broke underneath my master bathroom toilet and could only be repaired by tunneling under my house. I called 5 different plumbers to get quotes on how much it would cost to repair it. Roberts quote was by far the best. Not only are his prices extremely reasonable, the professionalism, response time, attitude, etc all exceeded any expectations one could hope for. I cannot write enough positive things about Robert and his team. They went above and beyond and completed the job in one day. While Robert was at my house my elderly neighbor came over to ask Robert a question about an issue he was having with his toilet. Robert took a look at it and fixed it for him at no charge. This just goes to show you the type of man Robert is. I will be his customer for life. A 5 Star rating is not enough for Robert and his team. THANK YOU ROBERT!!!

The best plumbing company in HOUSTON !!! I have called them on multiple occasions & they have went above & beyond every time ! Great customer service & quality work ! If you ever have a plumbing problem inside? Or outside ? I’m pretty sure these guys can get it fixed !

Ripping people off. Take advantage of the situation where home owner doesn't know much about the issue. The water heater unit was working perfectly, then we had to shut down the gas line due to some work outside of the house. When the gas line turned back on, we couldn't able to lit on the gas on the water heater. I was away for business, wife called this riff off company and the technician came by and said the ignition fuse box has to be replaced, cost about $300 or so. After the replacing the part, the guy said the total cost is $952 for the job. What the heck? I could replace the entire unit including the water tank for $1000 or less. We have no choice but to pay for it because the work has already completed. Btw, they charge you $130/hr. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They said they in business since 1974, but that was just a horse shhhitttt.

This company has a horrible drive who apparently has road rage! Drive with unit number 120. Called yesterday to report to the company and left a message with the receptionist and haven’t heard back from the manager. Couldn’t get the managers name because apparently the receptionist said she could not give out the managers name! Remember your employees reflect on your company!

Chris worked me into his schedule quickly. His workmanship was excellent. I will call him again next time I have a plumbing problem.
