Called Aberle to ask about reconnecting a gas dryer (I wanted to stack the dryer on the washer). They sent Mario and Joelle out 2 days later. They were on time, friendly, and professional. When I explained what I wanted to do they gave me a reasonable price to do the whole job; install stacking kit, lift the dryer onto the washer and reconnect everything. They were in and out pretty quick and everything works great. Very glad that I called Aberle. Mario and Joelle did a fantastic job. Will call them again when I need other plumbing related things done.Thanks!

I thought I had a toilet plugged up on Monday evening and tried to fix it myself with no luck. I did a Google search for local Houston plumbers in our area and had several to choose from. I read the reviews for each company and decided on Roto Rooter. I went to their web page and made my own appointment on-line for 0830 on Tuesday morning. The dispatcher called me at 0730 and confirmed my appointment and said the technician would be at my house on time and was already in my area. I asked if he could arrive early and Denton showed up at 0750 ready to work. I found out later that he lives in my area and was dispatched to me that morning. He showed up in a clean, crisp uniform and had the I'm ready to work look on his face. Not like some that appear as if they just rolled out of bed.It was raining on this morning and he was careful coming into the house so not to track anything so he took off his boots and left them outside on the front porch. My wife really appreacited that (we didn't even have to ask!)Denton nailed the problem within five minutes and notified me that the clog was not in my toilet but in the pipe outside the house. He ran his camera in the pipes and showed me a crack under the slab where the drain pipe was cracked and separated. I recently had the house leveled and the problems started shortly thereafter. It was confirmed that my busted pipe was allowing water to seep under the slab and puddle up thereby causing even more damage and cracks in my patio.Denton explained what needed to be done and how long the job was from start to finish. He told me up front how much it would cost, we agreed the price was reasonable, signed his paperwork and he got to work. He called in his crew and had the problem fixed and the mess cleaned up all in one day. He did an excellent job for us.We are happy for the outstanding service Denton and Roto-Rooter provided. They are professional, have great customer service and are experienced technicians.I'll continue to be a repeat customer in the future.Did I mention that I'm a retired Marine and although Denton was in the Air Force, I won't hold that against him. Worst company I’ve ever hired. I got their value plan with all around service and maintenance. Every time they visit, they leave issues behind. They break equipment and tell you that you’ll have to pay them for the repair. They over charge. You get very little benefit from their value plan or whatever the official title is.Example 1 - plumbingSaw the problem, said they couldn’t fix it, I suggested a solution and suddenly they figured out the solution. I received a heavy charge (with the discount and coupon) for them removing a plug from my garbage disposal.Example 2 - water heaterI asked them to do annual maintenance. The tech breaks it somehow and tells me that it’s broke and the water would no longer heat. I argued with him over the phone and suddenly it started working again. I called another tech to confirm if there was any issue. The tech from another company told me that it wasn’t an urgent issue and could wait a long time before being fixed. The alternative company also replaced the system months later for a fraction of the cost.Example 3 - ACSystem fan was having issues. Abacus told me that with my discount, I would pay 199 for them to diagnose (excluding trip charge). This does not include any repairs. I worked for a major HVAC manufacturer and know that this price is on the high end. No thanksConclusion: I ended my membership and will not be requesting any further services from them.Positive - nice customer service people

The plumber was very knowledgeable and kind. He walked us through the entire process and took the time to show us what was needed to complete the entire plumbing project of installing a submeter to each home. This company was great and we have added them to our vendor list for any future needs on plumbing.

I have called 3 different times and every time is its a run around. The first two times I called to get someone to come out they told me they would call me back and never did. Good thing I called around. The funny thing is my company is right across the street from them. Today I call because we need a leak fixed and yet again got the run around. They told me since I don't have an account with them they can't send anyone out, until I set an account up with them. I was never told the first two times that I needed an account to get serviced. So, I was put on hold then I reached an assistant and she asked me who I was waiting for, I then told her accounting (Which they were not in the office at the time I called). I expressed how unsatisfied on there service and I was ready to look else where. she told me to hold on and she will get to the bottom of it and get back with me. So yet again i was put on hold for a good minute until she got back on the line. she proceeded to tell me that she spoke to the dispatcher and the accounting lady was back in her office, her name was Kelsey I believe. so i sat on the phone waiting to be transferred to this lady and the call ended. This was a headache just to get service, found someone else and they our on the way and it took less then 5 minutes to get everything set up. i will never call them again. spend your money elsewhere.

M&M recently re-piped our entire house. They replaced a few fixtures and we had them install 2 new comfort height toilets. They did a great job for us. Crew always arrived on time and were extremely professional and courteous. When called for a few hiccups that arose, they were at the house within a few minutes after receiving the call. M&M is honest & fair. I highly recommend them.

I actually started using Aaron's Plumbing about six years ago now. He's done many jobs over the years for all of the properties that I manage, including water leaks, faucet and toilet replacements, etc. For just about any general plumbing work inside and outside of the house that I've needed, his company has been there, on time and at a competitive price. I've also referred him to many people, as his work is that good.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

VIP Plumbing did a wonderful job of repairing our kitchen faucet. They got someone out very quickly, walked me through the issue and my options and pricing (which seemed very reasonable), and did great work with the actual repair. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
