The work was done quickly and well. The most satisfying part of the experience was doing business with a small family business that has old fashioned values, courtesy and good communication.

This was a painful job emotionally and financially I replaced all the freshwater plumbing as well as the sewage lines. Wedworth has made that as painless as possible. This is my 5th time to hire them for work at my home and everytime I have felt extremely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone as well as continue to use them in the future!

Water heater didn’t work. They came out right away!!

Had an appointment for Wednesday 5/11 to install a whole house surge protector. They called around noon to tell me they would not be able to meet the appointment and would have to reschedule. Rescheduled for Friday 5/13. Technician shows up and has no idea what I need done even though I explained that when I made the original appointment. Technician wasn’t sure he had the part on his truck but found one. Tells me the job will cost $ 1651.00. I showed him the exact same part at Lowe’s that cost $ 100.00. It takes an hour at the most to install. I told him to have a nice day. I could have saved Abacus a call and myself two wasted days of waiting for a technician if they would have given me an estimate. I guess this is how Abacus pays for that expensive TV and radio advertising. I have a licensed electrician coming Monday to this installation. Estimated cost $ 250.00.Update: Actual cost by licensed electrician was $ 245.00. The only thing you can count on is this company ripping you off.

I had a broken pipe and my previous plumber kept delaying my service date. Houston Plumbing Services was able to help me the next day. The technicians were punctual, thorough and did a great job. My neighbor called the day they were coming to my job and they went to help her immediately after finishing my work. I can't say enough about how good they were. I will definitely use them again.

They were informative and patient with me. They were also very respectful of my property . They were even kind to my dogs.. I definitely would recommend this company. It was a pleasant experience!

He was transparent from the beginning and I could tell he has a passion for the work he does. He explained my options and the process clearly. Needed to replace 15 yr old water heater in attic. Bought one through local big box store but their associated plumbing service wanted an arm and a leg for install. Looked online at several plumbing companies and this one had many favorable reviews. Called Budget Home Services on 6/6/19 and they sent Derrick out within 45 minutes. He looked everything over and came back with a firm price that came in almost $800. Under the previous “estimate” I got from the other guys. Sealed the deal right then and there. Derrick and Andreas came out the next day. Their dispatcher kept me informed of their arrival so I wasn’t left guessing when they would show up. Derrick and Andreas arrived at 12:15 and within ONE HOUR they had removed the old water heater, and installed and tested the new one. They also installed a full port ball valve that I had previously purchased into the new heater for me at no charge. Derrick gave me lots of information about my new water heater and maintenance tips to keep it operating for a long time. In summary: one hour attic install, very courteous and professional, great quality job and extremely reasonable pricing. Derrick told me they also have an air conditioning division of the company. I will definitely keep them in mind WHEN that time comes.

Mr McWhorter and his partner arrived on time and listened to my concern about hose bibbs and my configuration of hose end manifolds and timers. He explained the anti-siphon mechanism. He gave me reasonably priced options for repairs, and promptly started working on replacing the hose bibbs at my request. He showed me that the problem was resolved, reinstalled the manifolds and tested the installation. No more leaks. They even weather wrapped the exposed pipes!I cannot completely describe how happy I am with their professionalism and courtesy. This was the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you!

Dealt with Alex. Came out to do a job on some Apt units of mine. Was there when he said he would. finished when he said he would. And instead of waiting next day for inspections he did it all in 1 day! Very professional and a good guy all around. Price was very competitive for the quality of work delivered.
