I found them on Angie's List. I need to get the plumbing on my entire home redone and they have a special. They were scheduled to visit my home on Friday, 11/10/17 between 9-12pm. They said they would call 30 minutes before they were on their way. They called me at 12:58pm. Needless to say, I had to reschedule. They were supposed to come again today, 11/15/17 between 12-4pm. It is 4:02pm now and I have not heard from them. I would not recommend this company.Thank you for your response Mike, however it is all about communication. A simple call would have corrected the issue on 11/10/2017. On 11/15/2017, I never received a call from your company. If you tried to call and received no response, why didn’t your company leave a message. I didn’t receive a message because your company has not called. Instead of taking responsibility, you’d rather blame the customer. Again, I would not recommend your company. Your company is not reliable and apparently not trustworthy.

We are new to the Houston area, and companies have come into our home and taken advantage of that. If we have problems with heating, plumbing, or electricity, Abacus will be our go to company.

Lance and Saul were polite when they came into my home and put covers on their shoes. They quickly assessed the situation and gave me a quote; Lance showed me in his binder where the prices came from. They even stepped outside while I made a phone call! Within an hour they were done with the work, but upon my inspection Lance could see that I wasn't happy. He instantly came up with a way to fix it and in about 30 minutes it was perfect!
