We had major plumbing issues that happened over the weekend- chose this company to call because of the number of great reviews they had. They came out first thing Monday and James was very informative and helpful with explaining the issue and what would be done to repair it. Pictures of our busted pipe and the new pipe were taken and he sent them to us to have on file. Everyone was very prompt in responding to calls and had excellent knowledge they were able to convey to the layman. Definitely recommend this company.

4 visits, holes in 2 walls, and $895 to cap a leaking recirculating line (that we ultimately had to find for them). Late twice and no-showed once. I shudder to think what it would have cost to complete the bubble testing they wanted to do…on a line that would be re-routed anyways…. ?.

We found a leak in our bathroom and looked online to find a local plumber who could come out. I called Friday morning, they came out Friday afternoon, and started on Saturday! They were so thorough. We knew when we bought our house that it had the original plumbing from the 70s that would need updating at some point. Lucky's gave us quotes for the immediate fix that needed to be done as well as what a total repipe would be. I appreciated that they walked us through options. We went with the repipe, because we knew that would put us in a better position in the long run. I can't say enough amazing things about the quality of the work they did! With COVID, we were home the whole time they were working (probably not the most convenient for them). They were so clean, efficient, and communicative as they worked. The plumbing team was amazing; Eric, Daniel, and Broderick consistently made sure we knew what they were working on and as they found other issues, inevitable in a house this old, they walked us through options and made sure we were comfortable with everything they did. One of the things that we loved about their quote was that it included the work and repairing the sheetrock and leaving it in a paint ready condition. Manuel and his team left our house in beautiful shape! Now that we got the house painted, you can't even tell there was ever an issue. I am so grateful for the work Lucky's did. We will be customers for life.

It was a worst-case scenario: we lost our water service on Thanksgiving day.Mr. Ruiz showed up, on time, the morning after Thanksgiving, to inspect the situation and provide an estimate. He gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and several potential solutions. His quote was reasonable and fair.Mr. Ruiz and his crew began work immediately, even through the rain. The rain did not allow them to finish, but they showed up early the next morning to get it done. They worked hard and promptly and safely under difficult circumstances.Mr. Ruiz stayed in regular communication with me. The work was excellent.My family will forever be grateful for their hard work to restore our water over the holiday.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

fantastic service There have been a number of leaks in our sophisticated heating system in recent months.Plumber was quite intelligent and took the time to explain everything to me. Although I hope I won't need to, I wouldn't think twice about employing them again.

I had burst pipes during the winter storm and they were very quick to reply because of them I was able to get water very quickly during hard times. Thank you!
