Best Clogged Sink in Houston TX

My service technician Herbert arrived early and started immediately. He was in constant communication with me since I was unable to be present and explained everything precisely. I have used Nick's at least three times prior to this time and each time they provide quality work.

Called in advance, on-time, wonderfully polite and conversational, knowledgable and skilled. Explained the work and the reasons behind the issues, described costs in advance and finished the work promptly and neatly. I wish all service calls could be this way. Meanwhile I've found my go-to plumber. Thanks!

Called in the roto rooter team to unclog the bathroom drain. Cleaned up the drain in 10 minutes.Pros:Guy showed up in time, same day service. There were no issues in scheduling them.Cons:- Pricey, charged $400 for cleaning the drain (pulling hair and gunk using a snake)- The plumber's english was very bad, so did not really understand what he was saying- I have a plumbing re-route under the house, explained him that there is a cleanout 10 feet from the bathtub and it should be an easy clean. He made it sound like he was going to dig under the house and it will take him hours to do it. I understand in plumbing lot of things are unpredictive but in this roll of dice I lost.I would have appreciated if he was a little honest after i told him what the issue was, he still said the re-route has nothing to do with it and it will still take him time to clean broken pipes. I didnt argue with him because he got the job done at the high price he quoted.WIll i call them again? Maybe yes, but only if the situation has a high level of urgency. Otherwise i will call in some local plumber who can do it for fraction of the cost.*****Update****Their support team called me after investigating the instance. I was refunded $75. So I do appreciate their customer service and willingness to serve the customers. Might call them again depending upon how urgent the situation is.

They came out the same day, went over the options for repair and fixed it that afternoon. They are in my contacts for any future plumbing needs. Definitely recommend them.

Eric came over to help with a third floor bathroom sink that was clogged. It took him maybe two minutes to diagnose that it was an algae clog due to some sort of ac connection. He then took it apart to show me the algae and I was blown away at how spot on he was. The whole experience was actually pretty amazing as his knowledge base is extreme given that his dad is a master plumber and he himself had been working for almost 15 years at it. He wasn’t short on info and it turned into a seminar real quick as he was happy to share tons of guidance and anwsered all my questions.Thanks a ton Eric I’ll recommend yall to anyone. Cheers!

I was given Brad's Plumbing as a recommendation from my neighborhood Facebook group. The water would not turn off in my master bath shower. I know nothing about plumbing so was freaking out a bit about all the wasted water flowing. I called Brad's Plumbing and left a message. Within 10 minutes I received a call back from Brad and he said he had a man who could come out within an hour or two depending how long his current job would take. I was SOOOO appreciative for the same day service.BUT IT GOT BETTER! 1 hour after my initial call to Brad's Plumbing Joey arrived at my door to fix my master bath shower. Joey was polite, friendly and he gave my cat some attention which is always appreciated by my cat. Joey fixed my shower and even helped me get the ladder to my attic crawl space back in place (I was struggling).I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank You Brad for the quick response and Thank You Joey for fixing it so quickly. And Bronson thanks you for the pets :)

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

I call the company late at night and got a response by text asking how can they help told them what was wrong and they came out the next day Awesome fix the problem with no problem but only work for a two days they came right back out and this time they had to remove my toilet they send where a part was not place on right and it wasn't the right part. I went through the Winter Storm here in Houston and my bathroom and other parts in my house had to be remodeled. This Company Guys where so professional nice quick I would recommend this company to friends and family

They were extremely careful and respectful while working inside my home and kept their work areas free of debris. I would gladly use them again if the need arises. Very satisfied with their work and highly recommend to others.

A piece of my ceiling caved in and started dripping water everywhere. Kintex was there the next day, found the issue and fixed everything. They were on time and the plumber was very nice and efficient. I would definitely recommend and will use them again for any future issues.
