Best Broken Water Pipes in Houston TX
Nick’s Plumbing did a fantastic job helping me with an emergency repair. I called in the morning and they scheduled an appointment right away. My Technician Charlie arrived on time, assessed the problem and fixed it quickly. He found an additional issue that required attention and got another appointment with additional techs set up for me same day. Leo arrived later and fixed the next issue very fast. All the technicians were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I am very grateful for such wonderful customer service from Nick’s.

Don't know where to even start. Im a 65 y o Vet and cancer patient for 7 years. Lost my voice to throat cancer and can't even use a phone. My Kitchen sink backed up and had a friend call a Plumber for me, Thank God he choose Roto-Rooter to call. They sent a guy out and come to find out there was a garden hose stuck in the pipe on the sink drain/trap that had been left there. I was told they would have to tunnel under the slab to remove it and would range from $2500 o $3500 depending on how far they had to tunnel to reach it. They sent Ryan Mauldin the camera tech out and couldn't get a camera in it with the hose in it so the only option was to dig it out. I told him i only had 6 months of life left and could not afford it. He went and set in his truck on the phone to the office and came back and told me because of my medical problems and not much time left that they would have a crew dig it up and take care of if i could just pay the guys digging for there labor. He sent Daniel and Jose out to dig it up and as usual run into one thing after another, 3' thick slab , tree roots , half the pipe buried in concrete , these two men have spent a day and a half laying in a dirt hole upside down and never complained once. Im at a lost for words, all i can say is this Old Vet thinks you guys are a 1st Class Act to help someone like me out of a bad spot. 110% Customer Service at it's Finest. THANK YOU ROTO-ROOTER FOR CARING...

I recently moved into a 65 year old home that had the original galvanized pipes. Houston Plumbing Services did a re-pipe of the house, replacing every inch of piping throughout the house and I'm beyond happy with their work. Not only did they do great work, but they did so with a lot of attention to minimizing any damage to the house, such as cutting into walls to access fixtures. The biggest example is getting to the kitchen without tearing up any counter or backsplash. To explain, I had another company (the one that advertises constantly on TV with the CEO...you know who I mean) quote for the job and they instantly talked about ripping apart my granite countertop and tile backsplash because they didn't see any other way to get to the faucet and dishwasher. But in the same breath told me they offered services to rebuild my kitchen. When Leonard from Houston Plumbing looked, he just said it would be easy enough to come down the end of the wall and run the PEX over to the faucet. No demolition, nothing to repair other than two little holes in the drywall where he pulled the PEX through. That was thousands of dollars of repairs avoided.Speaking of dollars, HPS was completely fair in their pricing, unlike that other company that obviously was preying on people who either just don't know better or aren't bothering to do due diligence and get multiple quotes. They were more than double the price, plus wanted to tear out my kitchen so that they could gouge me for rebuilding it afterwards. I had called a third large plumbing company (the one whose name is an ancient calculator) but they literally just didn't show up for the appointment they set up.So in the end, Houston Plumbing Services did great work at a fair price. What else can you ask for? I've recommend them to several people already, and I highly recommend them to whoever is reading this review.

What I thought was a clogged sewer line turned out to be a collapsed line under our foundation. Another company quoted a price to dig extensively and replace the entire section of sewer line because they weren't sure where the collapse was. I called TDT, and they thoroughly investigated and determined where the line had collapsed. This minimized the amount of tunneling, the time for the repairs, and the cost to me. Every employee I spoke with at TDT was extremely professional and courteous, and they kept me informed during the entire process. The finished the work on time and with no disruption to us. I'm extremely satisfied with our decision to hire them for the job.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

My toilet would not stop running or flush properly. The water was constantly running. I messaged VIP plumbing services and they responded immediately! I was told to text a video of my issue, so the problem could be diagnosed. VIP plumbing arrived at my home within the two hour time frame that I was quoted. They were professional, kind, affordable and explained in detail of the work that needed to be done. The toilet needed a new flusher handle and flapper. Good quality honest company! I would definitely recommend to the VIP plumbing!!
