Best Broken Pipes in Houston TX

Absurd. First guy that came out didn’t know how to fix shower faucet. He tells me he will arrange for someone else to come out that does. He didn’t. When I called to setup new appt, they tell me 10-12…it’s now 1:20 and they tell me he won’t be there until after he eats lunch now?! WTH?! Terrible customer service…going elsewhere.

Eric came over to help with a third floor bathroom sink that was clogged. It took him maybe two minutes to diagnose that it was an algae clog due to some sort of ac connection. He then took it apart to show me the algae and I was blown away at how spot on he was. The whole experience was actually pretty amazing as his knowledge base is extreme given that his dad is a master plumber and he himself had been working for almost 15 years at it. He wasn’t short on info and it turned into a seminar real quick as he was happy to share tons of guidance and anwsered all my questions.Thanks a ton Eric I’ll recommend yall to anyone. Cheers!

Jose and his team at Pilix plumbing were so pleasant to work with. They were very easy to schedule and understanding/responsive when I had to reschedule. They arrived on time and wore shoe covers. They installed my sink, water filter, and garbage disposal quickly. They answered all our questions and showed us how they did their work in case we needed to do work later. We would highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues!

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

During the installation of my shower, this plumber was of great assistance. He was successful in locating the pipes that were concealed and adjusting the shower head so that there was no longer any leakage or any damage caused by water. Both of us were really amazed with his abilities and professionalism, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

We used this company before awhile back and wanted to use them again for some projects around the house. The plumbers show up and spend a good 30 minutes talking on their phones, doing whatever-while charging by the hour. We supplied the faucets that we wanted to change out in both of our upstairs bathrooms but was told one of the boxes was missing the drain stop. We also wanted them to check and fix any leaking valves under the sinks but was told since it’s welded to the knob they’d have to cut a hole in the wall and fix it that way - No thank you. They did however fix a running toilet upstairs but since the rest of the projects did not get completed as hoped what should have only taken one hour ended up costing almost $500 for two hours of “work”. This was a disappointing service and we will go with someone else next time.
