After the surprise winter storm the main pipe busted in 6 areas and flooded the house. They came out the day scheduled and repaired the pipe and verified there were no additional leaks/breaks.Thank you all SO MUCH for coming so quickly and resolving the repair needed the same day so we can move forward with getting the house back to normal.If you want honest quality work call them!

Roto Rooter saved the day for us. Andrew W (Tech#1523) and Michael L (Tech#4435) came and fixed our AC line and a leaking tub drain. They were them most polite, professional and thorough people. They work has been superior and I highly recommend them. They go above and beyond!!!

On time, and did a great job

Christine was great at keeping me updated with my status during the recent freeze/pipe bursting week. Chris and Doug came late at night and stayed until the pipe repair was done. They also fixed a toilet that just so happened to leak into my downstairs. I cannot thank them enough for their great service and advice. I have used them in the past and highly recommend them. They are very honest and do a great job.

Matt was very helpful and came down quickly! He explained what was wrong with the toilet and showed us the defective parts that were replaced. Highly recommend!
