This company is horrible total scam .. very unprofessional .. will most definitely take advantage of women with price and procedures of job....brings Illegal immigrants to jobs with fake uniforms .. professional Liar and a con artist

4 visits, holes in 2 walls, and $895 to cap a leaking recirculating line (that we ultimately had to find for them). Late twice and no-showed once. I shudder to think what it would have cost to complete the bubble testing they wanted to do…on a line that would be re-routed anyways…. ?.

After having another plumbing company check out my toilet leaking at the wax seal and receiving an exorbitant estimate to replace flange and install a cleanout, I called In The Loop and spoke to Angela. She arranged for Wes to come out the next day which was awesome. He arrived at the beginning of the scheduled window after a call to let me know he was on his way. He was able to weld on the replacement flange and access the clogged line and clean it out all the way to the sewer main at a much lower price based on the time he actually worked, not some predetermined book price or an added travel charge. He works efficiently and is very cost conscious so as to only charge for what I needed. I was so impressed that he's coming back in January to re-pipe my house with pex. Just like another reviewer, I received a thank you card and I just received a Christmas card, too. I honestly thought small businesses like this had disappeared. So happy to find an honest plumber I can recommend.

They are now replaced an ageing and obsolete shower mixer system and four separate taps in a listed property. All jobs were completed on time and to the original quotation. He was also helpful and knowledgeable in selecting the new components.Highly recommended.

The owner is very professional and a perfectionist. I've seen the work he does and it is superb. Attention to detail and everything has to be measured twice cut once. Very good work from this company.

Mr. Sword is disabled unfriendly, inappropriate, comes out and promises something and has no honor nor integrity in keeping his word. When called, emailed and texted he and Christine refuse to get back to you and then when asked what is going on he refuses to take a call or take a job at any price at all. Inappropriate to knowingly strand one in a wheelchair with zero options. Christine will also hang up on you when politely calling. Use him at your own peril. I have all documented and would be happy to share.
