Been using A-1 for 34 years, they are my go to repair service. Our house was built in in the mid-sixties and there are a lot of original parts that A-1 has managed to keep working. I will vouch for honest, reliable service, and the schedulers are really helpful. Have had only one miner problem and it was immediately handled.

A very big thank you to Lewis and Pueo Plumbing! This is the 4th time I've used Pueo Plumbing and they really are the best! From the initial setting up of my appointment and throughout the entire process they have always been professional, courteous, and friendly. This time around Lewis was assigned to our plumbing job and he was great! He came by earlier than our scheduled appointment time and listened to all my concerns, then took the time to answer my many questions in a way which I could understand. He quickly got to work replacing our kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and changed out an ill fitting ptrap that had been previously put in by another company. He then went outside to replace a bib with a new vacuum breaker. After all the work was done and he spotlessly cleaned up we proceeded to do a walk through of what had been replaced, explaining the features and functions of all the fixtures he had installed.

Every morning an HPG truck with license plate 771-### zooms through the bus only lane to cut ahead of all the cars approaching the Middle Street tunnel. Any company that disregards rules, takes short cuts, and breaks the law to save time for themselves is not a company that I would ever trust to work on my family's home.

Harry (the very gracious owner) dispatched Osha and Alysa to our condo in less than an hour to fix a drainage problem. It was a complicated job because the drain flows from the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and washer into a main line. They fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes in a very professional, courteous, and teamwork manner. We were so pleased and impressed by their knowledge and workmanship.
We had the same problem last year and it took one of those rotor named companies three trips to fix over the course of a full, painful week and cost us 3x as much. Our resident manager (who is very discerning about plumbers for good reason) was so happy that he asked for their business card. That alone was a 5 star compliment.
Honestly, we couldn't be happier with our experience and Kama Hele will be our go-to plumber forever, especially Osha and Alysa. Mahalo to both of them!

I contacted Steve's Plumbing at almost 7PM and they had a plumber at my project at 8AM the following morning. It was a full renovation of a townhome with three bathrooms and a kitchen. Robert Keys was our plumber he did an excellent job. He was professional and courteous and the plumbing work was exceptional. Totally happy.

I contacted Roscoe through his website on Sunday morning and had a response that same day. He was able to come to our house on Tuesday (we did not have an emergency). He provided a very reasonable quote and completed our nasty drain cleaning in a little under 2 hours. He left the area clean and and gave us good advice about our old (60+ years) plumbing. I will definitely call him again for our next plumbing adventure.

Service was great but their invoice system is junk. They will send you an invoice 3 months after their service with no address to reply to and no phone numbers to contact them directly on Oahu. Once you do find their phone number online, no one ever answers in accounts and they don't call you back! Frustrating!

I had a great experience with Handy Andy. It’s rare to find a worker so young and knowledgeable but that’s exactly what I found in Brice. He arrived right on time, was clean and well spoken, and got right to work. He protected my floor and cabinets before doing a GREAT job painting my kitchen. Left cleaner than he found it. Can’t say enough good things, will definitely use them in the future.
