Awesome service and great company! Lewis arrived on time just as scheduled. We have been experiencing issues with continuous back up.
Lewis ran a camera in the main sewer pipe to ensure the line was in proper condition. He ended up finding a dip in the pipe at lateral connection which was causing the back ups. He sent us the video recording before leaving, and came back the next day with his crew to fix the damaged section of the pipe. The crew cleaned up and left our place spotless. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend this company!

A very big thank you to Lewis and Pueo Plumbing! This is the 4th time I've used Pueo Plumbing and they really are the best! From the initial setting up of my appointment and throughout the entire process they have always been professional, courteous, and friendly. This time around Lewis was assigned to our plumbing job and he was great! He came by earlier than our scheduled appointment time and listened to all my concerns, then took the time to answer my many questions in a way which I could understand. He quickly got to work replacing our kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and changed out an ill fitting ptrap that had been previously put in by another company. He then went outside to replace a bib with a new vacuum breaker. After all the work was done and he spotlessly cleaned up we proceeded to do a walk through of what had been replaced, explaining the features and functions of all the fixtures he had installed.

Pueo Plumbing has been doing the plumbing work for a major home renovation next door. During the past month I asked them on two separate occasions if they could schedule some plumbing work that was not part of the project next door. One job was replacing a leaking garden faucet; the other was more complicated, adding a new faucet above a concrete wall about 6’ away and 6’ above an existing faucet. I expected to wait at least a few days until my work could be scheduled but in both cases, the Pueo plumber (Scott) got the ok from the office and had the work completed in a couple of hours. The perfectly fitted 90 degree piping runs adding a faucet to my wife’s garden was especially impressive; it really looks like something carefully fabricated in the shop rather than assembled “on the fly” by Scott and his assistant! Many thanks to Pueo Plumbing for exceptional work in satisfying our pair of last minute but very important work requests (both issues had been on our “to do” list for months)!

We hired Pueo Plumbing, LLC to replace the main gate valve controlling water to our home, which was frozen open, a second valve, and hose spigot. Lewis and Dakota called to ask if they could come early since they finished their previous job. Heck yeah!
Lewis asked my input on the type of replacement hose spigot and suggested a better, more convenient placement of the new main water valve, which I appreciated and were good suggestions. They installed high quality Nibco Propress ball valves. Their work was nicely done, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend Pueo Plumbing and would definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.

I have been on pins and needles with anxiety expecting the worst plumbing scenario possible due to a damp spot on my floor, and I'm thinking it is a broken line. PUEO Plumbing put my nerves at ease and checked every possible reason to WHY there is a problem and found the culprit to my damp spot on my floor. It was NOT a plumbing problem but an appliance leak, and PUEO went out of their way and shut off the line to prevent any further damage, advised to call appliance repair, and suggestions to dry the floor. THANK YOU PUEO PLUMBING - I definitely recommend them, and they are on my speed dial for plumbing!!

Josh and his crew were at my house more times in a month than my best friend! I have little boys who were in the find and flush stage. You name it, chapstick, ornaments, hot wheels cars...they flushed it! Josh or whoever was sent over took care of it...every single time! They also took care of a huge re-piping job for us with little disruption to our daily lives.

Impossible to get a quote to replace a toilet?? Scheduler who answered the phone couldn’t even say if the technician would charge to come out to my house to assess (my old toilet)??

Im a local average guy and have used lots of plumbers. This company is small and good. An experienced guy comes over and not an apprentice. I had a slow drain and what he pulled out was a bid wad of yukky black hair. It was gross BUT, that was the problem and now it drains nicely. They know the entry points and snake the clog appropriately. Give them a try.

Jonah arrived as scheduled and did a quality job replacing both hot and cold water shutoff valves for the washing machine (frozen from non-use for over 40 years with our recently replaced Maytag), and also a leaking hot water valve in the master bathroom. He tested and photo-documented the repair work. We're very happy with the completed plumbing work and expect many years of satisfied use.

During my house renovations a wet spot developed on the slab of my kitchen floor. When it came time to install the hard wood floor, the concrete sealer would not adhere to where the wet spot was. This delayed the floor installation. Pueo Plumbing came in to investigate the possibility of a leaking drain pipe. With their high tech camera probe and tracer they were able to pinpoint the source of the wet spot within a few minutes. There was an old 3” cast iron clean-out branch that was collapsed, which was traced right under the wet spot in the kitchen. I had been using the clean-out as a drain for a temporary sink during the renovations. The camera probe did the trick. With the wet spot problem solved I got my renovations back on track. This is a terrific company to work with. We had just moved into our condo and within days the shower knobs had begun leaking and one of our toilets had become unusable. I called Pueo and they sent Scott to help us. We didn’t have to wait long to get our appointment, and Scott arrived in the exact time frame to get the job done (which was a huge deal since our building had to shut off water for this fix). Great guy. Personable, knowledgeable, explained what was going on... figured out that the leak in the toilet was actually 2 separate issues and repaired both. Would definitely use this company again... a quality operation.

Lewis arrived to a sewer clog at my house in Kaneohe. He showed me on the camera the cracks I had in the sewer line. The Pueo crew came and installed a pipe lining in the old pipe. Main pipe is good as new and I didn’t have to dig up inside my house. Mahalo Lewis!

Josh and team are awesome. We hired them to work on some drainage issues and those issues turned out to be more complicated than originally thought. Josh and team took the time to figure out the issue and make it right. In the middle of this large project, we had a leak in our bathroom.....without hesitation, Josh took care of the issue in no time. Of course it happened on a weekend and he talked me through the stop gap measure until he could get out there to fix( later that day) We will definitely use them again

they fixed everything promptly. leaky hose bib, leaky shower handle, replace angle stops.

I'm glad I found Pueo Plumbing because after phoning others, Josh was the only one able to come out and fix my backed up drains on New Year's Eve! Now, he is the only plumber I call. Period.

I called Pueo Plumbing late in the evening for drain cleaning as the main sewer line was clogged. They answered the phone right away and put me on the schedule for the evening. However, I decided to reschedule to the next day as it would have been close to midnight by the time they could get there. Technician showed up first thing the next morning. Great service, professional, and on time. I’ll be calling Pueo Plumbing going forward for plumbing services.

Plumber Jonah was very professional, courteous, cheerful, and he never gave up trying to unplug my very old drain. He tried 9 times using three different snakes and had to work in a very cramped space. I could see it was tough work and he might have had a sore body later that evening. But he didn’t give up and finally broke through clearing my pipe. The guy was Superman and I got to use my kitchen sink during the holidays!

Glenn showed up early. He called and asked if he could come early as his previous job was done quicker then scheduled. Of course! He unplugged a tub drain, replaced a broken pop top, caught a running toilet I didn’t even know was running and replaced a flapper. He then double checked all the toilets to be sure. I love that preventive maintenance. Saves me water and money. He explained everything in layman’s language. He was super knowledgeable and very professional. I’d say I got my money’s worth and then some. Thank you Pueo Plumbing!
