My plumber on another job so recommended Shoreline Plumbing. Plumber answered my plea to come quickly to hook up water line for new fridge. He was on his way elsewhere but, returned to my neighborhood to help when delivery crew refused to wait 5 minutes leaving my old fridge & new fridge in dining rooms. John performed hookup efficiently as well as calm conversation while the fridge handles etc. were attached. He entered as plumber and left a hero in my book. Plumber was personable, professional, patient, competent & friendly—going beyond the call to assure reasonable return to a workable kitchen functioning. Professional, On time and Honest

Our home owners insurance sent out a leak detection company after we saw signs of water damage. They found the location and source of the problem, a leak from a pipe, and it needed to be stopped. I called Shoreline Plumbing and they were there within an hour. They were professional, and very thorough and meticulous. They did an outstanding job and made what was an incredibly stressful situation stress free. They were great with my two year old who had to check out what they were doing. I've recommended them to several friends and neighbors already and I have them lined up to come out and replace the rest of the bathroom plumbing while the wall is already opened up by the restoration company.
We've had some pretty awful experiences with some contractors recently so I've been avoiding recommending anybody but I would absolutely recommend Shoreline Plumbing over and over. It was very refreshing to have a company that was genuine and did right by us but they went above and beyond.
You definitely won't be disappointed with their customer service or their pricing which is actually affordable while still providing top notch service and high quality work.

Clogged pipe drain. I tried the day before but was unable to clear the blockage. Called around and referenced to Jon at Shoreline Plumbing. He arrived on scheduled time and completed the job promptly. If at first you don't succeed it's worth calling a plumber with the right tools and know how. I would use them in the future. Ran into some plumbing issues this past Sunday and needed a plumber to come out. Went on Yelp and did an inquiry. John from Shoreline Plumbing was very quick to respond and was able to provide an estimate that was affordable and fair, considering he had to come out on a Sunday! John showed up on time and was very professional, he did a great job and was very patient in explaining the reasons for the plumbing back-up. I won’t hesitate to contact Shoreline Plumbing again for any other Plumbing needs that may come up! Thanks again John!

Shoreline Plumbing was sent to us by Ohana Restoration last year to do our toilet flange, so I had John also give us a quote to fix the leaky supply line valve, and install a new toilet. Both issues were tricky, yet John & his partner, Tracey got the job done! The cost was less than expected. Fast forward to this month, and another plumbing leak. John sent Peter out to do a quick repair on a pipe above our water heater. The galvanized pipes after 65 years were giving out, and needed to be replaced. John was able to get an estimate, and a small crew out the following week. They bravely worked under the house, and were flexible in changes. A couple days & a couple hours, and the new plumbing was in! We're very pleased with a new shower faucet and a new kitchen sink faucet, improved water pressure, and relieved to be rid of the corroded galvanized pipe. We look forward to working with the guys again on our drainage pipes next time. Mahalo to John, Brandon, and Jeff!

I had a galvanized pipe leak on a Saturday afternoon and contacted 5 different plumbers before reaching Shoreline. John Dyer showed up an hour after I called him. He located the pipe break by listening through the walls, opened up the portion of the wall at the leak and had a steel clamp on the pipe soon after that. He was very professional; highly recommended!

As a HVAC Contractor here on Oahu I know good workmanship when I see it. Even more I know superior customer service when I witness it. My wife and I came home after a much needed week vacation to the mainland only to find our garage flooded from a hot water tank pipe leaking water every which way. Of course these things don’t happen when you’re at home, only upon returning late at night, tired, and the last thing you want to deal with. I turned the water off and called John early the next morning. As I explained my situation of returning home to a nightmare and desperately needing professional help with this water leak John compassionately set my mind at ease and explained that he was here to take care of my challenge and that I not need to worry as he was here for us. He told me that he would have one of his team members come by to evaluate the situation within the hour. Literally one hour after, and I am not exaggerating it was one hour after that phone call two of his teammates showed up, introduced themselves in such a respectful manner, diagnosed the problem and explained that they would return tomorrow with the materials and tools needed to fix this water leak. The next day, as promised, the same two friendly technicians showed up, also communicating the whole time via text in ETA’s, arrived, and up to date information on the repair, fixed the leak, cleaned up after themselves, and just went above and beyond my expectations which I have to admit are extremely high as I am in the customer service business (AC) and run my company in the format as John. Long story short, this company is amazing. Thank you for everything.
