Keone Foo was professional but personal as well.
The job presented a bit of an issue. But they came back and got it taken cared of. And was happy too do it!
I'm covered by American Home Shield, they initially sent out Little Big Plumbing. I'm so extremely satisfied and happy with LBP that I've requested only they be sent out for my plumbing requests.

I called this company and consulted with them about getting a new tankless hot water heater. I told them I had a gas leak and needed this replaced as quickly as possible. I was delighted when Michael Wessel called me back and told me there was a tankless hot water heater in stock and that they could install it that day. Meghan, the office manager emailed me a quote, andKeone Foo was my installer. He was efficient and informative. I felt comfortable just letting him do the work and didn't feel the need to watch over him. He had my new tankless hot water heater installed in a short amount of time, took away the old tank and all of the rubbish. This is a full-service company, I will definitely use them again!

Stayed in constant communication and confirmed appointments. Showed up early for rapid completion of task. Our task was only a replacement of a garbage disposal but appreciated their text updates confirming the appointment.

Very impressed with Little Big Plumbing who was provided through American Home Shield. Keone Foo was the plumber sent and was awesome. Very professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable. We had a leak coming from the master bath that was dripping from the ceiling below. Keone had to cut out a portion of the ceiling to find the leak and did it so professionally. He took the time to lay out plastic covering before making clean cuts in the ceiling to minimize the mess. He quickly found the leak and explain where it was coming and how he was going to fix it. Don't use this company. Use Hawaii DrainPros. They were faster to answer and fixed the actual problem.
The Little Big Plumbing dispatcher and plumber were nice by phone. They were able to get an emergency plumber out within 2 hours of calling. But they didn't address the problem at all. The plumber changed the faucet of a sink as the cause of a leak that had flooded half the house. 20 minutes after he left water started to come out from under the toilet again so I called back. He was cordial on the phone but let me know I had to call dispatch again to get another plumber. Unfortunately, dispatch didn't answer again. I had to call a second emergency plumber from a different company (Hawaii DrainPros) who promptly unclogged the main sewer line.

We called around 7 pm on a Saturday night, and the company got back to us right away and said they could send someone out about an hour later. Chris was great. He called us to confirm a time and then removed the item that fell into the toilet by removing the toilet. He was fast and efficient. While I hope I never have to use them (or any service again) if I did I would definitely call them. Other companies did not respond to my phone call even though they said they were 24 hours service.

I will always call Little Big Plumbers for all our plumbing needs. Fast, professional and exceptional customer service.

These people are the absolute best. They have done work for my inlaws and have done work on my place a couple of times. I am always very pleased with how they accommodate us in our projects/repairs. Just had our inspection and the inspector had nothing really to say after Little Big touched basically every water fixture in the house. They do good work and are very professional. My wife picked out some modern and fancy (at least to me) fixtures and these guys had it all work out great. Mahalo Little Big!

They were great. We had a terrible experience with another plumber, who left us waiting for 7 weeks, only to quit because he decided the job was too hard. Little Big returned my calls, gave me updates on the warranty approval status, and got the job done within a week. Will definitely use them again if needed!

Job wasn’t completed. First plumber made the problem worst then it was.
Sink had a slow drain, now it doesn’t drain at all.
Shower drain wasn’t fixed at all.

Senior tech came few days later and was able to fix the sink. Shower was not checked do to it not being on the work order.

Another tech came by yesterday and fixed the shower tub. Another company came and try to fix it but couldn’t but Little Big plumbing got the job done. Thank you.

We had a huge flooding problem and they installed a french drain for us and additional landscape and green waste hauling. The entire crew was extremely professional and did an incredible job. We would recommend their service's and plan on using them in the future for a bathroom upgrades.

Keoni, a very pleasant young man who has done work amazing work for me before, installed a Koehler low flow toilet this morning. Came promptly at 8am. He used a wet vac to remove the remaining water then removed the old toilet carrying it out in heavy duty trash bags, so absolutely no drips or mess. He installed the new toilet and the job was finished in just slightly more than an hour.

To date Little Big has done 4 jobs for me, excellent work each time. I highly recommend their work and services!

I am really happy overall even though this was a just a snake job in my kitchen sink. When I first called to arrange service I did have to leave a message, but was called back and an appointment was set up for the next day. Timing was perfect. The plumber, Keoni was very pleasant and professional. Although casual in his conversation, I could really tell he knew what he was doing. The clog turned out to be a little more complex, but he recognized the problem and quickly changed equipment to fix the problem. In all, it took less then an hour of my time. Another nice thing, is he barely left anything for me to clean up. Most times, I end up having to do a big scrub down from service issues, but can put back my kitchen now with little effort after the visit. I will keep their number on hand for sure if I do encounter any future plumbing issue and not hesitate at all to ask for their assistance.

Little Big Plumbing (LBP) did an amazing job to help us with a very complicated water problem in our condo involving flood issues between floors. Going above and beyond, they involved multiple levels of service and supervisors to resolve a complex problem. Responsive, professional, thoughtful and always doing the most to be helpful. We really appreciate them because it was a challenging and difficult problem that they never gave up on and were most sensitive and reassuring to us.

Hi, I have a clever, funny name for you to name your plumbing company. One that would stand out from the others, and cause a customer to call your company instead of the 'other' companies. What-a-pile-of-poo-ah plumbing.

We have an American Home Shield policy on our appliances and because Chris misrepresented our garbage disposal to American Home Shield I had to take a second day of my time to get a second opinion. Chris called 1 completely intact tea bag with a tiny speck of white on it construction debris. The good news is that Superior Plumbing came out and fairly and accurately described our situation (very old garbage disposal that could not have been jammed by this one completely intact tea bag. Also confirmed motor was not spinning and completely refuted Chris' diagnosis.) Everything was 100% covered and we now have a brand new garbage disposal.

Chris was the rudest repair person I have ever dealt with.

I called and spoke to the owner, Mike, and found him to be quite lacking in people skills as well. He later called me back and left a voice mail saying he doesn't want me to think our company did anything on purpose to get your claim denied. He further said they run into this situation quite a bit.

I have had an American Home Shield policy on a different property for over 16 years and have never run across this situation.

I have instructed American Home Shield to never send this company again.

I have dealt with Little Big Plumbing before & was completely satisfied with every aspect of the experience. Called their office around 2pm yesterday & spoke to a very friendly young lady named Megan. She was very professional & courteous. Was hoping they could fit me in yesterday, but it was pretty late in the day already, so when Megan called me back to say the earliest they could schedule me was between 8am - 10am this morning I told her that would work fine. After that call, I received a text from Megan, to confirm my appointment.

I had asked Megan about the Plumber that came to our house the last time I made use of their services, his name is Savea. I was thrilled to find out that he was still working for them, so I asked if he could be the one to take care of our plumbing needs. From the last time, I had found out that he actually luves right down the street from me, so I thought it would be very convenient for him.

I was lucky once again, as Savea was the one sent to our house! He's such a nice young man & very professional! This time he had a partner & I forgot to ask his name, but he was very nice also. I showed him the problem area, our toilet, LOL! Explained what was happening & he said he knew exactly what needs to be done. He explained what the main problem was, but ask if I wanted a couple of other small parts changed out, so I said sure! Before they started the work, he showed me how much the total would be, which turned out to be on the lower side of what I was expecting. Gave him the thumbs up & they began working. I was watching TV, so I wasn't paying attention to the time, but before I knew it, they were done. He showed me what was done, gave the toilet a test flush & we were all good again! Settled the bill & they were on their way.

Shortly after Savea & his partner left, I received a text from Megan, asking if I was satisfied with my experience & their service. I replied back that I was completely satisfied.

2 for 2 wonderful experiences! Will definitely recommend anyone call on Little Big Plumbing for their plumbing needs!
