Just my luck that a plumbing problem came up on a Friday before a holiday weekend! I contacted HPG Saturday night and within an hour Kimo scheduled me for a Monday time slot. Plumber Hank called 1st thing Monday morning to better understand the problem and to request photos. Hank asked all the right questions (and he used terms that I could understand) and he got back to me right away on the best path forward.

HPG worked around my schedule to find the best date/time (and earliest!) to do the work. The crew helped us to unload the new toilets, they showed up at the house promptly, and they did a great job. They were very careful to observe COVID restrictions, social distancing and wearing masks the whole time. They consulted me on all critical repair/replace decisions. They communicated with me very clearly about the features that were important to me in selecting new fixtures, even repeating my words back to me to avoid mixups. They kept me in the loop on progress, and had a more than reasonable final invoice. They were very knowledgeable and good at fixing things. They even vacuumed up the area!

HPG was very polite, prompt, and professional. I will be calling them to handle all my future plumbing work as well as referring all my friends and family there.

Hawaii Plumbing Group has been contracted to replace all the plumbing in our high rise building. They just completed the stack where my unit is located. Project Manager, Peter and all the Hawaii Plumbing staff were very professional and considerate when they had to be in our unit. After all the work was completed, they came back thru and cleaned, patched and painted all areas that may have been bumped or nicked during the installation. They were especially considerate of our pet and made sure he was safe (since I had to be at work during the day). Every morning an HPG truck with license plate 771-### zooms through the bus only lane to cut ahead of all the cars approaching the Middle Street tunnel. Any company that disregards rules, takes short cuts, and breaks the law to save time for themselves is not a company that I would ever trust to work on my family's home.

Hawaii Plumbing Group has been in my building doing a pipe refit in the building bathrooms for about three months now. They are doing a great job. They are responsive to requests I have made, and they have done everything they can to make me feel like I am a respected client. The plumbers, dry wall guys, and tile guys have all been respectful to any guests that I have had. I would definitely recommend them to other buildings for their pipe refitting issues.

Very happy with their service. I wanted to replace my main valve. Some companies came and wanted to do the job, but making it so complicated/removing the water-heater, making a big hole in the sealing ect/. I finally called HPG. The guys came and give me a very good estimate, with nothing else but just replacing the valve. They came at the day we scheduled and did the job in no time. Both guys were very good and professional. Clean after themselves like they were never here. Very good job. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

The website says residential service for HVAC and they informed me they only deal with lucrative big projects and don't support local home owners.

On very short notice they came to my house to remove and replace washer hoses. Best service and very fast response.

We had water leaking from the tub faucet, so I called HPG to have my entire valve replaced. I purchased a tub and shower faucet set from Home Depot, when HPG came and opened the sealed box we realized that the wrong valve was placed in the box. I didn’t have a car so HPG offered to help me go to Home Depot to exchange it. After everything was done and HPG left, I realized that my tub faucet was still dripping so I called them again. Kimo was very helpful and sent his guys to come back to check on my pipes the very next morning. They checked all my valves, pipes, and cartridge. They found that there was a small stone that got stuck in my cartridge from the water system, and they fixed the problem immediately. They’re so awesome!
