Performance Plumbing is TOP NOTCH! They just completed a bathroom renovation for me, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. First of all, the owners of the company, Blane and Shayna Furuta are the nicest people. They are very professional, but not in a stuffy kind of way. They're both very easy to talk to and patient with any questions or concerns you may have. Blane and Jason came right on time on the first day of the renovation which was the demo day. The first thing I noticed about them is that they are very respectful of the homeowner and their property. I anticipated that there would be a mess involved since they would need to gut everything in my decade's old bathroom, but they went through great effort to keep it to a minimum and kept cleaning up after themselves. They continued to do that throughout the remainder of the renovation. Even all of the different contractors that they use for the vanity, flooring and countertops were wonderful to work with. They all seem to have a high regard for and a great working relationship with Blane which made it such a seamless process.
Besides the fact that the people at Performance Plumbing are so knowledgable and do excellent work, I think that what stands out for me about this company is their integrity! THAT is huge for me. You can be assured that if you go with Performance Plumbing you will have outstanding service and results at a fair price with good honest people. It was such a pleasant experience working with them I will definitely call on them again for any future plumbing needs.

Remember back in the good old days when you could really count on a company for honesty and good quality work? Well, this is it! Performance Plumbing is the genuine deal. From the time I spoke to Shayna on the phone things just started to roll in a good an positive direction. Then when the plumber (Nate) came to do the job (kitchen sink backing up) he was professional and yet friendly and approachable. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in a job well done. He was also very neat and clean (didn't leave any mess behind). I can't believe a good, honest 5-star company still exists. Not sure if I should or am allowed to put the cost but believe me it was fair and honest. I am referring them to all my friends and family. Nate from Performance Plumbers removed my old stacked washer/dryer and did such a terrific job. It was in a very tight corner space but he took the old washer apart and was able to remove it. Then replaced the valves from the water hose. The resident manager also highly recommends them and have used their services many times. Thanks again to Nate, Shanay and Blaine.

Called up Performance Plumbing and spoke with Shayna about all of our school plumbing needs. Such amazing and friendly people to work with. Blane and his crew are very fast and clean on all repairs/installs they do. We will be continuing to use Performance Plumbing for all of our needs.

From the first call for information/scheduling to project service/completion, working with Performance Plumbing was a terrific experience! The inspection report that we received when purchasing our new home listed 17 plumbing issues (replacement of valves, faucets, and diverters as well as splash guard installation) that needed to be addressed. Shayna was able to assist me with how to approach the repairs and schedule me for service quickly. She walked me through the process of submitting documentation so that an estimate could be provided that was easy for me to understand. Shayna was friendly, efficient and incredibly helpful throughout our conversation. On service day, Nate, our plumbing technician, arrived on time -- he was personable, professional and patient. He took time to answer all of our questions. We feel that he went above and beyond our service expectations. Nate is truly an expert of his trade. There were no surprises at payment time -- the repair charges were fair and what we had been quoted. My husband and I are extremely pleased with Performance Plumbing and look forward to working with their staff for many years to come.

Every time we call Performance Plumbing we get good service. We have called them for several different things over the years. They have repaired/replaced a portion of damaged water line for us when we accidentally nailed in some exterior wood-trim and caused a leak. They have repaired the pipes under the sink at our parents' house. They have repaired and replaced a leaky connection to a washing machine for us. And, most recently they replaced an old outdoor laundry sink and updated the plumbing and hardware attached to it.
Each time we call them, they always have good customer service, and are able to schedule us and complete the job in good time. They are punctual, professional, and they clean up after the job is done!! Happy with this company time and time again.

10 stars to Performance plumbing! This is the 3rd time I've used Performance plumbing over the past three years for difference issue in my condo. They are so great that even the property manager uses their service. The crew, Nate, is very professional, efficient , does a fantastic job of cleaning up and just so nice.
