I called this place twice within a month & the guy who answered both times was extremely rude & unprofessional, I believe it was mainly because it was after hours! I could barely hear him talk over a young child screaming in the background, & when I tried to inform him about it, he mentioned my comment to a third party in the room, & laughed about it …(he never once even asked what problem I needed help with, if he could help me at all, or where I was located! If you want some expert professional help to a problem you’re experiencing, I’d call ANY OTHER BUSINESS than this one, you’d just be wasting your time!

I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling! I am an off-island client who needed a LOT of work done on an apartment to get it to the point where I could sell it. I reached out to a number of contractors for quotes and spent a lot of time with some going back and forth in text, emails, and calls. It was a big waste of time with all of them except for Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling.

Three 60 was efficient, good communicators, and gave me lots of great advice. Their estimates were thorough, detailed, and easy to understand. I felt that I could trust them to do the job I needed without me being there. They worked with me to narrow down the essentials of what needed to be done to get the apartment sale-ready and synch it with what I could afford. Their work was beyond what I was expecting. From drywalling, to electrical, plumbing, painting and cleaning, the entire apartment their work was excellent. The only things new in the bathroom are the drywall, paint, toilet, mirror, light switch and light fixture, but the whole bathroom looks new and even the terribly stained shower tiles – which I was afraid would have to be replaced – looked like new after their in-depth cleaning and refinishing (see before and after bathroom photos.) I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing and Remodeling.

Remember back in the good old days when you could really count on a company for honesty and good quality work? Well, this is it! Performance Plumbing is the genuine deal. From the time I spoke to Shayna on the phone things just started to roll in a good an positive direction. Then when the plumber (Nate) came to do the job (kitchen sink backing up) he was professional and yet friendly and approachable. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in a job well done. He was also very neat and clean (didn't leave any mess behind). I can't believe a good, honest 5-star company still exists. Not sure if I should or am allowed to put the cost but believe me it was fair and honest. I am referring them to all my friends and family. Kevin had to replace my fancy discontinued bath faucet due to lack of replacement parts. He got me a new similar faucet. Nice guy like a big brother.

The scheduler was professional and able to get me an appointment the next day. Nathan was professional, courteous, personable and prompt. He diagnosed and repaired the leak and explained to us what we needed to understand. He was also able to give us a quote for another issue. The quote was $200 less than another plumbing company that we called. Excellent service that we will definitely use again.

Martin and his team came out for a quote to take care of 3 issues in our house. I had already received quotes from 3 other plumbers and his quote was out of this world fair. I desperately called Roto Rooter about 6 am and they said they could be at my place at 9 am. I was thrilled! And even happier when they asked if they could come at 8 am. Yes yes yes.

I wasn’t sure exactly what the problem was - water was leaking from the supply valve underneath my only toilet. Tyler diagnosed the problem and replaced my supply valve and tightened everything. Then he tested it extensively. He also checked in with a supervisor several times.

This was a very stressful situation for me and Roto-Rooter saved my okole.

Way to expensive to replace the main outside shutoff valve , better to shop around .I will not call again .
