Lance and Assistant were punctual, courteous, took the time to
discuss what was about to be done and did it! You can't ask for a
more professional service.

They were incredibly professional and saw the job through to the end even when the manufacturer provided a faulty product, they took care of replacing everything at no cost. I would hire them again any day.

I called the company in the morning and asked for a plumber that day. I had a contractor on the premise removing my existing floor in order to install new flooring. They could not continue their work until the leak in the bathroom vanity was repaired. I was so appreciative and thankful when the plumber was sent to my home in the afternoon. The leak was fixed and the contractor was able to continue their work.

Shawn and his team have done all of our plumbing for several years, both big and small jobs from hot water heater replacement, new toilets, plumbing updates and all the new plumbing when we remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms. Shawn actually came out twice while the contractors were doing the construction to offer advice on how to install cabinets for the plumbing. Of course, they didn't do it quite right but Shawn and Ian figured out how to make it work. They even found a pinpoint leak in a pipe extension and took care of that too. Bottom line - we don't trust anyone else with our plumbing needs. If you are looking for honest, timely, responsive, highly skilled and just plain nice folks, Prestige Plumbing is who you want to work with.

First of all Alex was very polite to returning my phone call on Wednesday the 16th to set an appointment to estimate on my leaky shower and just a few minutes later she called back and I had an appointment at 10:00am with the owner Shawn and I said wow that’s outstanding I was amaze and shock. Minutes later Shawn called and ask if he could come now and I think that was about 9:00am so he came gave me and estimate and I said when can they do it. I was thinking next weeks because it was such a short notice, he said Thursday 17th 7:30am I said what !!! Really I said go for it. Lance the technician did a marvelous job very neat and clean I would recommend your company to anyone that ask for plumbing work, I never had that type of service ever I’m a very happy customer. Im changing my review cause owner got back to me quickly and fixed my concern quickly resolved issue, I had and reimburse me more than expected same day. I didn’t realize it but they over charged me for extra person labor when one person the technician was on the phone with my home warranty service HSC for an hour that asked them many questions 3 each not there fault, They did one hour work but charged 2 hours of labor for two people instead of one, I called and left a message to see if they get back to me they did promptly. Alex just called me and is working on it and the owner called to and was pleasant, so I’ll see if I get reimbursed which I did more than expected for the one hour over charge. They did fix the initial job though and it’s a dirty job and they were diligent I think just a mistake which it was snd they fixed thank you!

Prestige Plumbing was extremely helpful in resolving my plumbing concerns. A very pleasant and responsive girl helped schedule my appointment. I requested that they keep me in mind for an earlier appointment should one open up since my situation was not an emergency. They promptly called with an earlier appointment and sent two people to address my needs. They arrived on time and even called to let me know they were on their way. The work completed in both the kitchen and bath was excellent and taken care of in about an hours time. The cost was reasonable for the work and they offered suggestions for upkeep and maintenance .i definitely will use them again!

Prestige installed our water softener. Great team; professional; good to work with. Being impressed and knowing how hard it is to find a good plumber, I hired them to change out and update the ice maker water line in our rental property along with redoing the plumbing in that unit's shower. These guys are so good and trustworthy that all you have to do is request the specifics you want, and leave.

Prestige Plumbing has been our go-to plumber for a few years now and their service and expertise is just fantastic. To quickly sum up for you all who just skim the tops of reviews, the guys at Prestige are knowledgable, prompt, responsive, skilled, cost conscious, tidy, and they show true respect for your home.

To expand just a bit, Shawn and his guys at Prestige are fast to respond in scheduling service requests, and are in my experience early to arrive when able (after a courtesy call or text which we love).

They respect your home, which is a big difference I noticed and appreciated after visits from some other well known local and national plumbing franchises. I won't name them but you've definitely seen their logos on some white and bright green vans around town. The others use shoes in the house (without even booties at times) and don't even pretend to clean up the work area when done. The guys at Prestige respect the Home.

Finally I appreciate their collaboration. When you get a Prestige plumber in your home you get their whole team. We had an enigmatic issue once that was cracked with a remote diagnosis over the phone with another Prestige team member helping to work the problem. No stalling, no dragging out the process hemming and hawing, the feeling was Let's get this done and with as little cost as possible.
