I've been using A1 budget plumbing for over a decade! They're always on time, always professional and always knowledgeable. Don't let the name fool you, budget = professional quality work for reasonable pricing. I've never had a problem they couldn't fix! Most recently installed a new water heater in a high rise condo. Technician Bob came over, wrestled the old water heater out and installed a brand new one in about an hour! Highly recommended. Thanks A1!!

I had a pipe burst resulting in partial flooding in the front bedroom. After all the preliminary checks I called Commercial Plumbing. A big shout-out to Chris K. He was prompt; knowledgeable; he really hustled; great attitude; and did a great job. His leak test was thorough and his labor charges were spot on. He was easy to talk to and ask questions of. He has the latest tools and technology to do a great job much faster than before. I am a union brother, and for me to go buy all these tools again and when would I ever use them after that? The repair was quick; thorough; and priced right-in three hours he was driving away-outstanding!! The quality of their work is well known; and peace of mind matters.

I am very pleased with Rock-O-Rooter. They answered their phone quickly (the owner Roscoe himself answered) and came by early the next morning. Our sewer main line was plugged. As it turned out it was obstructed by a tangle of roots. We were worried that we might have to replace the line. After encountering some initial challenges they were able to completely clear the line and return it to full working order. We greatly appreciate the service of Roscoe and the team!

Heater been shot over 35 days. I just learned of it been a recall since May 26. Not even a year old before happened. On top of that we are new tenants only 6 months in . First assessment planned to switch to New heater under warranty then changed mind to necessary parts to fix . Few weeks laer another Furuta plumber came out to change out parts and tells us another part ( glass piece to help it breathe ) needs to be shipped from OFF ISLAND . . MEANING... HOW MANY MORE WEEKS OUT ???? I THINK WE SHOULD HAVE. Honestly I don't know if it would be Furuta , , or Performance Rheem or Home Depot or Landlord ? Huge label says Do not to return this water heater to the place of purchase . Instead to call the number shown. Today's tech was honest about having a lot of problems with this model with customers. 6/28/23
Update initial plumber comes out to replace entire heater by himself. What is safety protocol? Especially being up a walk up and washer and sink limits pathway.
