I called & text the plumber on the phone he called me on and asked what the problem with the dishwasher was, but no reply. I also called and left a message on the company's voicemail and still no reply. Would be nice to know what that the issue was.

Atta showed up 10 minutes early, fixed the leaky sink and asked if there were any other issues he could solve while he was there. Polite, efficient and fast; who could ask for more?

Work with you to schedule the right services and times. Follow up communication. Arrive on time and do a competent job.

I purchased a water heater from Hone Depot Kapolei in the morning after my old one ruptured the night before. I saw they had same day installation available if I contacted them before noon and clicked the button. Up came T & C Plumbing.as their local service and installation company. By 11:00 am they made contact and had us scheduled for the afternoon. Matthew called when he picked up the new water heater and said he was on his way. He arrived promptly, got to work and within a couple hours, had the new water heater in and running, hauled the old one away. The office did the closing paperwork and payment online, explained the work done and warranty. Matthew was polite and professional, cleaned up and made sure everything was back in place. Pricing is fair, not the cheapest and certainly not overpriced. Bottom line is that they do a good job and do what they say they are going to do for a reasonable price.

I wish I had read some reviews before calling them. R&R Plumbing showed up 1 hour late. Wanted to have my kitchen faucet repaired as it was leaking. After spending less than 30 minutes, he charged me $190 plus tax for the labor and $351 for the faucet In my opinion, they make a profit on the service calls without getting the job with their quoted price which comes from a rate book, I suspect. I could have bought a high quality Moen for $219 and installed it in less than an hour on my own. NEVER AGAIN! Don't call R&R Plumbing!!!

The kitchen, 1 1/2 bathroom turned out great and I would recommend this company without a blink.

Today Kelii came out and fixed out garbage disposal. He called to let us know he would be early. He was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Kelii and T & C Plumbing for my friends and family.
