Doesn’t exist/phone number inop

We cannot express our gratitude for Eco Clean. From the start their team went above and beyond to save our home from additional flood damage. Their entire team provides amazing communication and project management. They took charge and managed the entire process, from cleanup, replacing damaged flooring, drywall work, etc. All until our home was in better shape than before. Thank you so much Eco Clean!

I just want to share my praise for Joe, the technician that Customer Service sent to address the plumbing issues that I had in my kitchen. Not only is he great at his trade, but his passion and love for his work shows through everything he does. My “simple” job of replacing a kitchen faucet and the supply valves became more complex when he discovered a small hole in the copper pipe that the valve screws into. He addressed the issue without increasing the estimate and finished the job that required more time than anticipated. He is very diligent, honest and committed to providing the best service. He is experienced, efficient, courteous and neat. I love that he loves what he does. He has been with Roto Rooter for over 20 years. Thank you, Joe, for a job well done.

Found Harla's Plumbing on an app desperate for plumbing services and found multiple recommendations for Steve Harla. After experiencing his work firsthand (punctual, quick, quality work, solid customer service), I must recommend for anyone else ISO awesome plumbing services.

The plumber that showed up to do the repair (Preston) was great. Did the repair quickly and professionally. Excellent.

My review of their scheduling and customer service personnel however, is poor. I made an appointment 5 days ahead, so I expect them to honor that time as I had to take time off work for it. They call me at the appointment time to say it is moved 4 hours later!!! That is completely unacceptable. Their excuse is their prior appointment took longer than expected. That is your problem not mine. Go back to that appointment when you can, but honor your already booked appointments. Do not make your problem my problem.

Driver in vehicle #02 cut us off on the freeway (myself, wife and 8 year old son) almost ran us off the freeway, without signaling.... When I pulled up next to him he laughed.... Then when he noticed we took a picture he drove slower in front of us and used his signals more than necessary like he was mocking us.... I was AMAZED that someone in business vehicle would act like this.

Service was great but their invoice system is junk. They will send you an invoice 3 months after their service with no address to reply to and no phone numbers to contact them directly on Oahu. Once you do find their phone number online, no one ever answers in accounts and they don't call you back! Frustrating!

My sons bathroom was leaking in to my garage. Diamond Head Plumbing was able to come the next day. WARREN WAS THE NICE PROFESSIONAL THAT CAME. He fixed it and asked anything else you need help with? so I had him do a few things in my bathroom. (replace the drains). He never charged his time for going back to the shop to pick up the toilet. Got invoice in the mail and is was less then I expected. Hats off to DHP.

This is the only plumbing company The Home Depot contracts out for the windward side of the island.
The cost of installation that this company quoted us was more than the water heater! They informed us it would cost around $850!! to install the heater because of the existing system the home has. After calling many other plumbing companies and explaining the situation, they all informed us the same installation would cost at the most, $500. Took my business elsewhere to say the least.
