We are very pleased with the work that Eco Clean performed at our 2 bedroom apt. We had a leak that came from our neighbor upstairs and damaged our ceiling which happened to have asbestos in it . We call these guys and couldn’t be happier we did . Andre Souza project manager from Eco clean came and helped us to get a Pod and a place to stay working with our insurance to be able to get the asbestos abatement done. Highly recommend these guys!

About a month ago my tenant woke me at 3:30 a.m. to say that it was raining downstairs in her unit. My guest bathroom toilet. had sprung a leak and caused floor, wall, ceiling, cabinet and floor damage. They immediately came in and started with their huge fans to dry everything out. They then continued to mitigate the damage until done. It was then time to reconstruct whatever needed fixing.

I was referred to Eco Clean to clean up water damage to my bathroom ceiling from a leak from the unit above. Not only did they clean up well, they opened up the area, prepped the area for repair, and also completed the job with great quality work. Lydia and his guys were very helpful in working with my schedule to get the job done. What impressed me the most was that they took responsibility for a minor damage to my tub that was done accidentally. It was repaired quickly! Eco clean Hawaii is a wonderful company that goes out of their way to accommodate you! They have helped me clean my carpets several times over the years and each time I have been more than pleased with the result. They use eco friendly products and the carpets dry fairly fast. We were on a time crunch to have mold removed and they were able to start work the next day! They were all very nice.

I had water damage from the 2nd floor and into the garage. Thr property management company hired this company to take care of it.

The first day the came and did work, for some reason the 2 young kids decided it would be fun to go into the master bedroom and touch things and leave footprints all over, when there was no work to be done in that room. Also leaving a mark on a painting that me and my wife made.

Night time comes and me and the wife are hanging out in the living room and we hear 2 mini bangs. We open the freezer and one of their workers took the drinks i ordered online from my garage and put them in there. Thanks for making a mess.

This was quite awhile ago but my wife reminded me of this experience and just wanted to warn anyone using this company to keep an eye on your property.

My condo was flooded from an upstairs unit. It was a constant dripping over a few days. The walls were soaked and there were pools of water under my hardwood floors. It was a complete disaster.

I made a call to EcoClean Hawaii and they were able to come immediately, that same afternoon. Alex was super helpful and knowledgeable. Through his expertise, he was able to pinpoint the potential source of the water leak and worked towards an expeditious solution.

He and his team worked around my busy schedule to start the mitigation process immediately and made it as painless for me as possible. They removed my flooring, put all my furniture back, and put temporary flooring so I could return and stay in my condo that same day. And started drying the walls immediately. They were extremely efficient, effective, and professional.

Alex even took the time to explain the entire process including what to expect from insurance companies, the claims processes, and the next steps to start repairs. I have a dog that loves to roll around on my carpet, so I called Eco Clean to avoid harmful chemicals. They were able to fit me in their schedule within a couple days. I found out they could do upholstery a day before they came and they were able to couch also. They got rid of the dog smell and hair. I would definitely recommend them if you have pets

Water from the condo unit next to us leaked into our unit, saturating some of the walls and bottoms of the cabinets. This was our first experience with water damage so we didn’t know exactly what had to be done. Based on the positive reviews, we called Eco Clean Hawaii.
Project Manager Marcelo Bavaresco showed up promptly, assessed the moisture in the affected areas while patiently explaining what the readings on the sensors meant, how the equipment would dry out the areas and the type of repairs that would be done to the drywall.
Marcelo was friendly, efficient, conscientious and professional, and went above and beyond what was necessary to complete the job. We were also impressed with his repair of the wall -- the patching, spackling and custom matched paint made it impossible to tell that there were 12 holes drilled there for the drying equipment.
We also appreciated him voluntarily accommodating his schedule to expedite the job so that we could focus on a big family event coming up the following week.
He made a stressful situation much less stressful.

Eco clean got the call for water damage while I was on deployment and their response was quick and very detailed. We had an emergency leak and our carpet/walls got flooded. The plumber suggested Eco Clean. Now, I appreciate a strong referral, but I still like to do my research. After calling around and getting three more bids, turns out Eco Clean still had the best service, but was 15% cheaper than the lowest of the three other bids. How did it turn out? Eco Clean got our place back to 100% dry. Ruy and his team was friendly, professional, and worked an extra day just to make sure one of the walls was thoroughly dried out. I cannot thank them enough for the responsiveness, punctuality, and technical expertise--obrigado Eco Clean!

When the unexpected happens they are the ones to call Eco Clean Hawaii . Had a leak in my house and the plumber recommended me to call these guys . I called and in less than an hour a technician showed up . Andre Souza was very knowledgeable and walked us thru the next steps. I used Eco Clean for a full remodel on a very dated condo
in Waikiki. I had to be off island for most of the project so the majority of the remodel was completed over Face Time. I'm very familiar with remodels and a pretty detail oriented person and I would definitely use Eco Clean for my next project. Specifically Lydio and Darce were great, always quick to respond, and completed the project on time staying within the agreed budget.

There are lots of restoration companies on Oahu. This company runs a really tight ship with a high level of professionalism I have not seen elsewhere. Highly recommended.

EcoClean is the way to go! I've only been in my house for about 2 years and we've already noticed mold in the closets and cabinets due to all the rain we get in Wahiawā. I contacted EcoClean and Alex Souza came out and helped us clean it up. He was very respectful, efficient and professional!

When we returned home one afternoon, we noticed water on the floor in front of the dishwasher. Once I turned off the water and removed the kickboards to inspect, it appeared that a line to the dishwasher had sprung a leak and water had soaked the entire floor under all the kitchen base cabinets.

We called Eco Clean Hawaii and they immediately had a team come out to inspect the area and help us to resolve the issue. Lydio and his team were excellent to work with. They knew exactly what needed to be done and quickly preceded to remedy the problems. They sealed off the room and removed all the material that was damaged beyond repair. They then worked to completely dry out the area with some very high-tech dryers and dehumidifiers. Once all damaged material was removed and the area was scrubbed and dried out, they were able to inspect, test and verify that all was good and we were mold free!

Service was great prompt and reasonably priced. Carpet looks like new. My only suggestion is that there was no confirmation of my appointment beforehand. Other than that I would 100% recommend.

We had a flood from a broken chilled water pipe that totally flooded the entire apartment and damaged the flooring and cabintry in the kitchen and bathrooms. Eco Clean quickly cleaned up the water that night and dryed the entire apartment over the next few days. They removed the damaged carpeting and cabinetry as quickly as possible as assisted with purchasing new cabinetry and flooring. Once the material arrived they quickly and efficiently installed new cabinetry and vinyl flooring and made the apartment look much better than before the flood.

This guys fixed up my house after a major water leak.
The drywall guy named Pasquale was the one who took care of the restoration , together with his crew, they patched all the cut outs made by the plumber and after all it look like it never happened 🙌. I'm very happy with the results.

Only complaints I would have is this was my first time experiencing water damage or having to make an insurance claim and I didn’t really know how to process was gonna go and I think it was just second nature for Eco Clean to expect me to understand what the process was going to look like as far as repair schedule. So in the beginning there were lots of uncertainty in the beginning and it made me have to ask a lot of questions, but Eco Clean did a fantastic job. I would choose them again anytime

I had Eco Clean clean the carpets in my Nu'uanu apartment. When the technician Raul arrived he was very polite and professional. He explained what he was going to do and how he would try and remove 3 stains on the carpet. I was very impressed with this young man and his work ethic towards the job. He was able to remove all 3 stains, was in and out in a timely manner and left everything clean and neat when he left. This is the second time I have used this service and I highly recommend Eco Clean Hawaii.

The crew was all equally very polite and nice. They gave me feedback as needed with whatever they were doing. They were very mindful of the environment and maintained safety at all times; cleaned, cleared and made sure they left the place safe for me to walk around before they left for the day. They went beyond expectations. They even installed and replaced my old broken washer/dryer with my new ones upon request. They didn’t leave until almost everything is back, especially the heavy furniture and appliances were back in place. I’d like to add that they also installed my front door and garage security doors (not on the list).

It has been a while and I certainly do not want to leave anyone out but kudos to Brent, Lydio, Andre, Ben (and his assistant), John, Antonio, Roberto and Robert. I truly apologize if I have left out anyone, they were all so amazing. In my lifetime I have never had a room in the house that has been done to our exact specifications. The renovation turned out so much more beautifully than I could have ever imagined. Thank you EcoClean for holding my hand the entire way through what could have been a very stressful experience. The team at Eco Clean was fantastic. Lydio was able to work with my insurance and have everything approved before the other people even called me back. They were able to co platelets redo my shower that had leaked and caused flooring damage in another room. I live on the east coast and he was able to coordinate with me via email, txt and calling all at the appropriate times. I’m extremely thankful for all their help.

I have been a loyal customer of Ecoclean for years. They take great care of our furniture, carpets, and rugs! Our central ac unit drain backed up and flooded the upstairs and damaged the ceiling on the first floor of our home. I’m a first time condo owner and woke up to an awful surprise in my bathroom. There was water everywhere and a plumber recommended Eco Clean Hawaii.
Alex assisted me in contacting my insurance and guided me throughout the whole process. Eco clean team was able to finish the work quick and worked with my schedule.

After the big storm, we experienced water damage in our hallway ceiling. Eco Clean was very quick to send out a crew to assess the situation. Project Manager Brent was really professional and easy to work with. He sent a crew to open up and dry out our ceiling quickly and efficiently. They were able to do this with little disruption to our home life. This photo shows how compact and neat their remediation work was. They did a great job and were so easy to work with.

I am a property manager in Honolulu and have got to say that EcoClean Hawaii is one of the best companies i have worked with when it comes to timely communication, follow through, and in the quality of their work.

Our tenants were moving and needed their carpets cleaned. Calls to another company went unanswered for over a week. I called EcoClean after reading their reviews and spoke to Lee, who took our job request on short notice and was really flexible in fitting us into their work schedule. Lee was especially great at reaching out to our tenants and coordinating a time that fit the time table for their move. In addition, he was very good at responding to questions and emails, making the whole process a breeze.

On the day of the job, the work crew called me beforehand, and were very professional both in deep cleaning our carpets and in working with our tenants. Very responsive and professional! Raul was right on time, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He had special cleaners for getting out stains and did a great job. Highly recommended!

Have used Eco Clean Hawaii to clean my carpet around 3 times now. Raul, has done the cleaning twice now and has always been nice, quick and efficient. He always ask what areas to clean and how to navigate around them, as well as vaccuum up some small spots that I may have missed. Will most likely use them again in the future.

Alex was very nice and extremely helpful, educating us about mold prevention and areas that could be at risk after our roof leaked in the recent storm. Great company.
