Every time we call Performance Plumbing we get good service. We have called them for several different things over the years. They have repaired/replaced a portion of damaged water line for us when we accidentally nailed in some exterior wood-trim and caused a leak. They have repaired the pipes under the sink at our parents' house. They have repaired and replaced a leaky connection to a washing machine for us. And, most recently they replaced an old outdoor laundry sink and updated the plumbing and hardware attached to it.
Each time we call them, they always have good customer service, and are able to schedule us and complete the job in good time. They are punctual, professional, and they clean up after the job is done!! Happy with this company time and time again.

Daniel arrived and assessed my situation. He did a thorough trouble shoot of my problem, listened to the issue, and after all of the info and inspections, he determined that my problem was a toilet that had over flowed for an hour because of a stuck fill valve and NOT a busted pipe! He was a consummate professional and provided a lot of info and also recommended the types of repair that should be done without any pressure on his part for us to commit.I high recommend Daniel Benitez at Steve’s plumbing. Honest, direct, professional and a very nice gentleman to deal with.

They came to our house to plumbing & turned off 1 of the outlets in our electric panel which had nothing to do with our plumbing. The electrician came today to reset the solar panel & luckily we didn't get charge. Also the plumber Nick who serviced our house had a terrible attitude. We clocked the plumbers at working 3 1/2 hrs, they charged us for 4 1/2. I would not recommend Waialae plumbing to anyone.

I wish I had read some reviews before calling them. R&R Plumbing showed up 1 hour late. Wanted to have my kitchen faucet repaired as it was leaking. After spending less than 30 minutes, he charged me $190 plus tax for the labor and $351 for the faucet In my opinion, they make a profit on the service calls without getting the job with their quoted price which comes from a rate book, I suspect. I could have bought a high quality Moen for $219 and installed it in less than an hour on my own. NEVER AGAIN! Don't call R&R Plumbing!!!

This is the first time I used Virtues Plumbing and I was super impressed by so many aspects of their terrific service! It is clear that they strive for outstanding customer service and they more than achieved that goal with me. They were extremely thorough and professional.
