Gold standard Plumbing came out to work on an drainage issue I was having. Very punctual, professional, courteous and were able to get the job done accurately, effectively and a great cost. Would definitely recommend and will be using in the future!

We were in the due diligence process after having an offer accepted on a home. With only a few days left before the DD period was up, Morningside accomodated and fit us into an already busy schedule to come out and provide an inspection and estimate for any repairs. They gave us a window between 10a-12p and we received the call at 10a that Paul was 30 minutes away. Paul was fantastic, knows his stuff and we were very pleased.

My water heater was spraying water everywhere and they came through for me. I used them more than once for water leaks etc. I and really liked there service. This company is highly recommended.

Great experience. Office staff was very helpful with scheduling an after hours appointment time. Mike the plumber was very knowledgeable and found my leak very quickly (inside a wall). He made two repairs and also offered to fix my HVAC ducts that had come undone in my attic (he noticed them while he was in attic looking for leak). I felt like he made an effort to locate and fix the issue quickly, but also took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. My impression is that this company has employees who are honest and experience. Definitely recommend!

Jontell created a mess in my home and my problem returned 2 days later and we weren't able to reach him when it did. Just go with an actual company and save your time and money!

Inquired about a couple of plumbing issues I had and within 5 minutes I had a reply. Said they needed to see the problem areas to give an accurate estimate. Within a few hours they were at my house, determined the repair options and set an appointment within 24 hours to do the repairs. They should up on time, completed the repairs and all on time and under original estimate.
The experience was a pleasure and my confidence in them was a 10. I will definitely be keepong them on file for all future plumbing repairs I will need. You can't go wrong with A-Plus Priority Plumbing!

I never used roto-rooter before and was pleasantly surprised. They arrived a few hours from my call, my guy was polite, professional, efficient and gave me a very reasonable quote. He was in and out in 45 minutes! I will definitely be using this service again. Thanks for saving the day Roto-rooter! (I'll have the jingle in my head for the rest of the day).

I hate having to write bad reviews, even more so when it comes to my skin folk. I reached out to Reggie to fix a leak in my kitchen sink due to the rave reviews he had on Nextdoor. He was a no call/no show twice. When he did come out to fix my issue, I paid him. Only to have the same problem as soon as he left. He came back out after I made several calls and tried to fixit again. Sink is STILL leaking. I've called several times to have him come back out to fix what I paid him to fix and left several messages, no ever calls me back. I would not recommend anyone use his services.

Excellent customer service! I had Shadd come out today and fix multiple things that I had wrong with my Plumbing. We just bought the house and these things (toilet issues, shower leaks, garbage disposal and hot water heater) had gone unnoticed by the inspector. Thanks to Shadd and his extensive knowledge, everything now works wonderfully! He was super personable and a joy to be around! Thank you Shadd!!! We were out of town when we got a call from the water dept about excessive water usage- almost 58000 gallons over the month. Drove back overnight expecting to see a swimming pool in the house- which thankfully was bone dry. With the help of the water department diagnostic summary we’re able to pinpoint time the leak started to an accidental breakage of the handout behind.Tried calling several places to help detect the leak, but either dates were unavailable or they said the line between meter and house was too long for them to do ( no guarantee if they did the job).Finally someone recommended Atlantis plumbing ( after 4 days of turning the mains off and on my husband and I were ready to get new lines out), and spoke to John ( who came highly recommended). He sent Brian the next day, and in 2 hours our leak was detected ( a lot of digging wa done by Brian) and capped ..thank you sooo much

I called so many people. Everyone was so vague about price and nobody could come today. Matt said he didn’t charge anything to check it out and would give me a set price before he did any repair and once repaired I would pay that price and nothing more. It was low on Freon 145 bucks and its blowing ice cold.
