We have been sent Harris Plumbing a few times by our home warranty company (Sears). Last week we called, were scheduled for last week and once again had a no call no show. It has been a week and we have not heard anything from this company. The last time was about a month ago while we in the process of a kitchen remodel. All work was at a halt until the plumber came out, an appointment was made, the plumber didn't show and no progress was made for over a week. We made several attempts to make contact, the company doing the kitchen remodel made several attempts to make contact, we were a day away from finding a new plumber when we were finally contacted. There is nothing wrong with the work this company does, when the work actually gets done but having more than one no call no show appointment is unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable. We are also contacting Sears and suggesting they stop outsourcing to this company because I am sure that we are not the only family that this has happened to.
