Fantastic, friendly service from Todd and Dylan. I had the septic tank access that the last service used to pump out my tank exposed so that they could get to it easier. They told me that this small access port the previous service used was behind a baffle and could not effectively clear the tank. In other words, the previous guy ripped me off. They broke out the shovels and got to the middle port at no extra charge. Because the previous guy didn't do his job they had to work twice as hard. They could have fooled me like the other guy did, but they didn't. They were friendly, hard-working, and honest. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The PlumbPros team came to my house on a Sunday after a water backup issue had us scratching our heads. This company advertises free estimates which they DO NOT OFFER. They charge a service fee regardless of if you render services or not but will credit this service fee to your final bill if you move forward with the service. This is not the same as a free estimate and therefore, I would not recommend this company.

James is super smart, quick, and professional. Diagnosed and repaired the first sink, and then addressed another issue and installed broken stoppers in our sink (when every other company I've called has said we could find them ourselves and refused to help), and even took a quick look at our hot water heater to let us know what model it was. I love that they wore masks and booties unprompted. Also dispatchers are super pleasant and efficient. Best service in Atlanta.
