We purchased an older home and when the tub didn’t not drain properly we call our warranty company and Best1 plumbing came to service our home. The technician arrived timely. He assess the problem and noticed that the problem went beyond simple slow drain. He checked out the plumbing work that was done by a handyman in the basement. He was knowledgeable enough to recognize that the drain system was not up to code and made the system run slow. He contacted his office and reschedule to complete the work. He explained everything he was doing throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Best 1 plumbing. It was great working with them.

This is the 3rd house I've owned that I have had Atlantis address different issues at. Each time, I have been extremely pleased at how knowledgeable, professional and friendly the techs have been. Give these folks a call if you'd like them to waste your time and take your money. Their pricing is outrageous at best. They came by to quote some pretty basic work and once they started talking numbers I couldn't get rid of them out fast enough. I followed up with an administrative request for a signature on the DeKalb Certificate of Compliance - trying to get literally anything for the $40 they charged us - and they instead offered to take more of our money and waste more of our time.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.
