Yesterday July 21, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. our pipes backed up and water came gushing out of our shower, I had a mini swimming pool in my bathroom in a matter of minutes. I've dealt with them on several occasions for additional things we were doing to our home. But yesterday was the icing on the cake. I was extremely upset about all the water because we had just had brand new floors put down 2 weeks ago in our bedroom and didn't want those ruined as well as the bathroom. I just knew we were doomed. Called Delta and Evelyn answered the phone and immediately knew how upset I was, she was so sweet and kind and actually got me calmed down,when I told her my problems she quickly put me to the top off the list. Evelyn actually gave me her personal cell number and told me if i needed to talk, or vent about what was happening i could call her Any time yesterday that she was there for me. Jacob come out and he looked over what happened in the master bath & basement and told me what was going on. He immediately got started got the clog taken care of and told me that some old cast iorn pipes that were still connected to our new plumbing should have been changed when the bathroom was added 2 years ago, that was our problem......Delta will be back out Monday early to take out the old pipes and put brand new ones an hooked us up with a Restoration company Warrior Restoration and they came out and gave me good new said all the effort and every single towel in my house soaked up all the water and saver my floor, walls and cabinet. What a relief that was. As I was trying too clean the mess up I got a phone call from Evelyn to make sure I was okay and if they were able to get the problem corrected. She was concerned for me and how up set i was and wanted to check in with me & again told me If I needed to talk to anyone to give her a call. This lady was above and beyond my expectations on how wonderful this company is. They have the most awesome staff that anyone can ask for. Jacob also called me later that evening to see if the restoration people came out and looked at the problem.....now tell me what plumbing company is going to go that far to help a customer. I would and will recommend Delta Plumbing for any kind of plumbing needs that would be needed. They have an are my family plumbing company. They actually treat you like family and thats another thing that makes me feel so comfortable with them. Evelyn and Jacob are at the top of my 5 star list that for sure, no one has ever been so kind and caring as these 2 are. Delta you have a gold mine with your staff, never let them go.........Thank you for being there for me in my desperation and time of need.

Mr. Ray and his partner did a great job fixing the leaking pipe underneath my concrete slap. He was very professional and kept me informed on what needed to be done during and throughout the entire process. The price was also reasonable due to the work that needed to be done. We would definitely call this company again for any of our plumbing needs.

Great job, as always. On a 1957 house with all different types of plumbing (copper, galvanized pipe, cast iron, and PVC) he stopped the leaks and fixed everything in a single day. Bravo!

I find most plumbing interesting, like a puzzle, so when I called Alliance I thought I knew what was wrong and what needed to be done. Dmitriy answered the phone himself, LISTENED to me, came out the following day and showed me why I was wrong. We then went to 5 not quite right jobs I did and he patiently fixed everything. A Lot of tightening was involved. What a class act - extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. I will never call anyone again. It's a great feeling when you have a plumber you can rely on.

I was amazed by this company’s fast services. I got off the phone with them and within an hour, they’re at my door. The clog in my sink was cleared in no time.

Ralph White came to my house for the second time, to fix a garbage disposal that was installed in November of 2022. Much like his first visit, I was met with an unpleasant attitude. There was no exchange of greetings or acknowledgement of my existence. The first words out of his mouth were “did you flip the fuse?” In an incredibly nasty, condescending tone. He huffed and was visibly annoyed after I informed him that I did not flip any fuse. He proceeded to look into the sink and asked what we put in it in an accusatory tone. As if anything wrong with the sink was done intentionally. He then said we needed a brand new garbage disposal and that was the last straw for me. I concluded the visit and he left with his associate. And while our interaction was brief he somehow managed to irritate me beyond belief in the few short minutes he spent in my home. I don't expect to be treated like the queen by people I am paying in exchange for a service, but I do expect basic human decency. And Ralph seemed to have very little, if any to give today. And it was the same with our first encounter back in Nov. Once is a bad day, but the same nasty attitude months later seems more like a character flaw than a fluke. No one wants or deserves to do business with someone who has little to no people skills. In my opinion it seems as if Mr. White would be better off in a career that required no human interaction.

Technician David came out for initial diagnosis of a broken and terribly clogged outdoor drain line than involved an entire 6 unit townhome building; and had also caused our home to flood.
He subsequently came back out and jetted entire line without incident, complete with after camera footage, showing a spic and span interior of line, spanning quite a long distance.
