Very positive experience working with Alliance Plumbing. Dmitriy was very quick in returning my call, listening to my problem and scheduling a time to come see. He then called the morning asking if they could come a little earlier than expected. The two guys who came out were very professional and polite. They took their shoes off at the door without us asking them to, and they quickly started working on figuring out where my leak was coming from. They were able to get to the root of the problem and get things corrected. I'm so glad I called them and will definitely use them for any of my plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommended!

My water heater was leaking. He messaged me within minutes and immediately came out to give me a quote. His prices are the best in the market. Better than his prices was the quality of his work. 8 hours late getting to our house with no contact in between. We had to keep calling to get an ETA. When they finally arrived the guys were rude and acted like it was a bother to look at the problem. They said they could not fix either problem (one was just a leaky kitchen sink) and charged us $395 for zero work or effort.

Update, highly satisfied with new issues fixed by Josh Collet on 5/25/23. Not only was he thorough, but he also made it look so good and neat under the sink. In addition, he took all the time necessary to fix a broken pipe that I had been living with for 9 years (not using), and it is SO nice to have that properly functioning. He was courteous, professional, and clearly very capable. Will call again for another project in the near future! Could not be more pleased. I got an answer immediately, and Jason was sent to my home in a very short time. A pinhole leak in my old copper pipe was detected quickly, and work was clearly explained. I was so impressed that I asked him if he could add another repair, and he took care of that quickly as well. He had everything he needed on the truck. He was careful to check everything and verify proper function before leaving. I wish every service could go so smoothly--Jason was great! Thank you, Superior!
