News Flash!!! If you see the $199* or $249* pumping special, ask what the * means. Was I happy about what was needed to be done? No! However everything was explained to me and I did my research prior to calling so I had a certain expectation. Prior to doing any work, Westly explained the process and fees and gave me a choice prior to his digging. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. He explained the digging, the two compartments of my septic tank, how it worked, the frequency it should be pumped, how to clean the filter, preventative maintenance and the installation of risers. Does one actually believe a company can show up to your house, dig two holes, pump out the solid waste, pump out the liquids, clean the filter and fill the holes back for the $199 or $249? They couldn't stay in business. Delta Plumbing showed up, ON TIME, and immediately started working. Pumping septic tanks is a dirty job and I'm glad I didn't have to do it. I thank Wesley for the honesty and being straight forward on the expected pricing. I recommend Delta Plumbing and will use them in the future. By the way, know what type of septic tank you have. The previous company that cleaned our septic tank only pumped out one side, the liquids. They left the waste and took our money.

Plumber claimed I was looking for an argument for just asking questions

Scott at Plumbpros came to figure out where a sewage smell was leaking into our bathroom. Of course, the smell was not present when he was there, so he could not immediately determine the source. The only option seemed to be a smoke test that would have cost hundreds of dollars, would not guarantee that source would be found, and would not include the cost of fixing the problem. All hope seemed lost before Scott, using his super powers of investigation asked when the last time the master bath had been used. The answer was at least 2 years. Scott bet his mother's life that p-trap was dry and the smell was leaking in through there. We ran some water through the tube and the smell has not come back. I called this company twice and had amazing experiences! The office employees and dispatchers (thanks Will and Maggie!) were responsive, effective and extremely helpful.
