Nate was very responsive to fix a dripping faucet and a leaking toilet. The plastic stem on the inside of the faucet handle was broken, and the toilet needed a part. He was able to make repairs the same day - and this was around 6:30 pm on a Friday!

The owner, Chip, offers up his phone number so customers can text or call him at any point before, during, or after the work. Whenever I call for an appointment, there is plenty of flexibility for an appointment and Danielle picks up on the first ring like clockwork every time. I have worked with several of the plumbers at Peach and have enjoyed most working with the A-Team of Doug and Jamal, who are always punctual, courteous, and allow for me to oversee their work due to my pure curiosity of certain plumbing fixes. I have been working with Peach for over 1.5 years now and they have assisted me with drawing a new water and drain line from the street, up a side yard, and into an unfinished annex above my detached garage, as well as have been on-call for a toilet that could never stop running (source of a high water bill), installation of new kitchen and bathroom faucets, as well as updating some under sink plumbing throughout my 2005 home that could use some new stop valves. The gentlemen are professional, explain things to me thoroughly and upfront, and understand my need to update my home ahead of a sale in the next 6 months, so do not attempt to over-scope on any one request. I trust these guys and have referred them to my own parents for similar large jobs. I will be bringing them with me to my next home in the area and will have them supplement the home inspection pre-sale to ensure my plumbing is best in class! Tell Chip Go Dawgs for me.

Professional services were provided from start to finish. It's always difficult to find a service provider who is trustworthy. The gentlemen who came to our home was extremely polite, treated my home like it was his. He explained everything that was happening in terms that I could easily understand and laid out my options. At the end of the day he cleaned up the mess and while I'm never happy to pay a bill, I'm glad that I chose the right people to resolve my issue. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They actually care...

These guys are great! They called and told me when they were arriving (not to the exact second, but he narrowed it down to an hour- which is far better than the phone and cable company!) ; they quickly identified the problem. And, they fixed it. I highly recommend BETTER PLUMBING SERVICES. You will NOT be disappointed in service, quality of workmanship or cost. Five stars, for sure!!

Charlie was able to resolve my issue in a reasonable time. He also gave me suggestions on preventative maintenance.

Joel arrived on time. He asked what was going on. I explained. He said he would take a look and let me know what he found. He identified the issue, advised what it would cost and began the work. This is the second time we have used Superior Plumbing. I hope I don't have to but I would call them again if needed.

Had called and talked to the manager Ramariz I think is what he said his name was on duty around 8PM last night 1/11/23 about overnight parking since I had a delivery for this store. Had woke up to be awake for delivery when the lady by the last name of Holmes showed up driving this car in the picture and said I couldn't park at the store, I informed Holmes that if I had to leave they may not get there delivery. She said she didn't care and that she was calling her brother that worked for the Georgia State Patrol. So I was hoping to be able to continue to sit there for another 30 minutes until I delivered, but here came Forest Park Police Department officer A Holmes who was very polite and only doing his job which was Holmes brother who wasn't a State Patrol officer. So do not show up until delivery hours. I'll never deliver to this store again and good luck to any drivers that do.
