Had Charles W. come to my home to replace a tub faucet I broke during a repair. I am a former landlord and have interacted with at least 100 contractors on various projects for home maintenance. My experience with Charles was easily among the highest in satisfaction ever! Not only was the price in the same range as most others ( it beat the lowest by $50 and one plumber attempted to charge me $375 more for the same problem), he had no problem not only explaining to me the issues but also showing me the sources and how to solve them myself in the future. I will likely never call another plumber. Seriously!

Friendly people great service

A valve under our house busted after sub-freezing temperatures. Th e technician arrived on time, found the problem, documented it with photos and repaired it in about 30 minutes. He made sure to explain everything and verified water pressure in the house was satisfactory after the work was completed. Would definitely use these guys again.

PlumbPros gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone (nobody else would do that) and their price for the work was the best by far. Cole was great and very quick on the install. I will use PlumbPros from now on.

I was grossly overcharged. I now realize that the total cost of my service should have bee no more than $50, but instead I was charged more than $200. The only cost was technician time (less than 5 minutes of actual work) and the pipe used (less than $20 on Amazon). What a rip off! I will never do business with such dishonest people again.

Victor arrived well within our agreed to time frame. He identified himself, wearing booties, and repaired/replaced a broken plastic toilet seal with a metal one.
