Plumber Justin was courteous, professional and prompt. I’m waiting to see if Superior follows up on a repair they could not complete today due to not having a part for our Delta Fixture. They committed to finding a faucet cylinder replacement. It could take 2 weeks. But They did replace Pressure Relief Valve and fixed two other issues. They will come back out to replace the part once they find it. Overall excellent so far!

Service was fine but very expensive. Replaced a $20 part on our hot water heater and was there less than 30 minutes and charged $225. Won’t use again.

My experience was prompt and courteous, pricing was reasonable for pull toilet and snake sewer line. Tech Corey was great. when I ask for a price using a camera the owner quoted me a few hundred dollars over the service price. I declined thought it was unreasonable.

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
