They came in and unclogged a pipe that I have been trying to unclog for a week-plus with chemicals and snakes.

This company is a money hungry, non effective horrible experience for customers. Please save yourself the time, money and move along. As soon as you call the woman fast talks and starts saying how she needs to come with a camera for $700 to give a simple diagnostic of a simple toilet backed up. Then she starts talking $600 to flush the line.

Lady are you'll going to even come out and diagnose the problem?? What if its something super simple. Horrible, fast talking scam.

Was told parts were under warranty and we wouldn't have to pay for anything but labor, charged us $500 for a little over a foot of wire and said they changed the transformer which cost less than $100. I wouldn't recommend this company they are a rip off. It shouldn't be 500 for around 100 worth of parts and maybe 30 minutes of labor.

Before I called Kris of Pride plumbing I was getting quotes that was very expensive. They was telling me to replace my water heater but Kris said it was okay. He fixed the problems that I was having. had someone come give me a quote today for a simple water heater changeout, I wanted to have an expansion tank added also, I provided all materials except for what was needed to plumb in the expansion tank. I got a quote of 1200. I've worked in construction my whole life since I was 18. I know the game and let me tell you what this is a huge game. it would take roughly 3 hours being generous to change it out, so that's 400 an hour. I feel so sad for homeowners that don't know any better, that's why I'm writing this review. delta plumbing you should be ashamed !!!!

The technician did not provide me with an estimated cost prior to completing work (replace a flange and wax ring) and then surprised me with a bill of +$740. He eventually lowered it to $551. To replace a wax ring and flange! The technician was not rude at all, but the lack upfront cost was frustrating.Working as a contractor I understand that hourly rate is not always the bottom line. But this was outrageous.
