This company is a money hungry, non effective horrible experience for customers. Please save yourself the time, money and move along. As soon as you call the woman fast talks and starts saying how she needs to come with a camera for $700 to give a simple diagnostic of a simple toilet backed up. Then she starts talking $600 to flush the line.

Lady are you'll going to even come out and diagnose the problem?? What if its something super simple. Horrible, fast talking scam.

I called Delta to pump/assess the condition of my septic system. I hadn't it pumped or looked at in 9-10 yrs. Our appointment was made and scheduled without any problems. On 2.3.21, Frank Lancaster and his Associate arrived as scheduled. I had the property marked since I had a telephone land line buried over the tank.The minute Frank started to layout his plan or tentative plan of action, I felt very comfortable that this Man knew what he was talking about. He cautioned all the objectives of my service call work would be speculative until they opened up/took the lids off. Frank explained the workings of a properly functioning septic system.Once he completed his assessment and did the initial pumping of the liquid, he then gave me a determination of what work (individual remedies) would have to be completed for the system to become healthy again. He completed the work order and itemized what the charges would be for each task of the total job. He explained over again the proper functioning of my tank. He explained the need for replacement T- baffles. He hydro-jetted my field lines. I now feel good about the work, the restoration of the soil, care of my property and the future of my septic system.Frank Lancaster is a true serviceman. He was sincere and concerned of me as a senior customer. Frank is an asset to Delta Plumbing. I would recommend Him to others needing septic work, my Mother or Grandmother, if they were still alive. A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

All around just an honest plumber.

Professional team, arrived started the work right away. He did what 2 other plumbers only look at & never came back. He explain what needed to be done & finish on time. Very reasonable prices, he is my plumber for future projects.

I really thought this was a good company. They came out and diagnosed a problem I had with my sewer around April of this year. The 24 hour availability is I was most impressed with, however my disabled neighbor had a plumbing issue so I recommended Sharpe's. They NEVER showed up. They gave him a 7pm appointment 5 hours after 7 we could NOT reach anyone by phone. To this day they NEVER called to explain what happened. Reliable is not their business practice.

We had a major blockage with our kitchen sink over the holidays. I called John and heard on his voicemail that he was on vacation until 1/5 so I decided to hang up. Less than an hour later he called me back and asked if he had missed my call and if there was something he could help with! Who does that in this day and age? We made an appointment and John came as expected. After a quick assessment, he diagnosed the issue and resolved it. He was so easy to work with and explained what he was doing with the appropriate level of detail as he went. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

We woke up on a Sunday morning and discovered a leak in the expansion tank above the water heater. It was difficult to find a plumber who would come out and fix it on a Sunday, but Steven at Fix & Flow was very responsive and sent Anthony to our house. Unfortunately, Anthony found leaks and corrosion not only in the tank but all around the water heater. We could have paid $800 (at weekend rates) to fix all those things without replacing the water heater, but he advised that we replace the water heater as well for a total of $2,300. No one welcomes an unexpected expense like that, but we agreed and Anthony installed the water heater in a few hours. He was very professional and pleasant to work with.

I needed someone to repair a poor job made by a so called handy man , Matt came in fixed the problem not only that he found a faulty piece in the pipe leading to the hot water pipe leading to my dishwasher, if he did not noticed that piece my pipe would have exploded and ruin my new remodeled kitchen .If you need a professional call Matt he knows his stuff.

diagnose and fix my leak within an hour of arriving. Very excited to find my new go to help for everything plumbing.

I had a leak at my rental home and I first called a national company that advertises a lot on TV and radio. The guy that came out was a crook. He never did anything and tried to get my tenant to tell me that there were issues with the other bathroom. This experience made me VERY nervous about hiring another plumber.
I came on yelp and messaged the top reviewed plumbers to get quotes. Very few would give me quotes and they all seemed a bit sketchy. That was until I spoke with Ricky.
Ricky called me instead of just sending messages to discuss my issues. I told him my horror story with RR and he apologized that I was treated that way.
Once Ricky had been out to the house his original quote was $500 because the toilet was cracked and once they moved it, they would not be able to put it back. He sent me pictures constantly so I could see what going on.
The total when Ricky had solved the issue was higher but fair. They ended up having to come out two days in a row to solve the issue. He documented every step and explained everything to me.
My tenant said she felt as though he was trustworthy and she confirmed that everything he said he did, he had done.
I now have a good plumber to call and that makes me feel much better. Thank you, Ricky and your team for helping solve the issues at the house and for identifying we are on septic!

Matt the Plumber is great. Great Communication and quick to help solve the problem. My issue was replacing a shower faucet and he was very quick and responsive. We were able to get the problem resolved within a few hours.

I have a plumber! I always try to support local and / or small businesses when I can. I called at 5 pm on Christmas Eve with a huge drain problem. Everything was either clogged or backing up and a huge mess! Ray arrived in just over 20 minutes, accessed the issue and and procedurally walked it through until he resolved the issue! I'm extremely grateful for his dedication and will happily have him as my plumber moving forward! Thank you Ray and Merry Christmas!

Chris, the service technician, was on time, fast, friendly and professional. There might be a cheaper service, but he was able to come the day the toilet broke. That's worth something to me.

Shawn was very responsive and was able to quickly handle my plumbing emergency. He was able to correct the improper plumbing, install a new gas  water heater and get everything done right. And his prices  are reasonable
