Had a bathroom leak that needed repair quick. Called Morningside in the a.m. on a Tuesday. Steven got to our house within a few hours, determined the problem, returned that afternoon with Josh and within an hour they had repaired and working like new. Wonderful service and very fair price. And their customer service from the office was great! I'll call them again if needed! Thanks Morningside!

after reading the reviews, they are using the same conversation with everyone to get extra money. I will not be using this company ever again. You need to take those prices down that you are quoting when you know that you are going to charge more and using the terminology of overages.

After another plumbing company failed to show I searched Medlock neighborhood files. I found Jon. Called him. Explained what we needed. We set a day for Jon to come. He came. Carefully worked his way thru our 65 year old pipes. Replacing what was needed. Did good fast work. Cleaned up. Reasonable price. We discussed that we will be calling him only in the future with our plumbing issues. And that I would highly recommend him. Finally a good honest plumber we can depend on.

This is always my go to plumber for EVERYTHING! They cleanup after themselves and always make sure that the issue is fixed for they leave. If you want reasonable pricing and quality repair, this is who you need.

Reply to owner: It would have been much easier for you to say that when we asked you to speak to them. Additionally, you weren't asked to negotiate anything, you were asked two simple questions about the issue. We planned to pay for services ourselves and work back ourselves with the warranty company. However, as I stated in my review and as you demonstrated in your reply, you couldn't be bothered with conducting business professionally.

Full disclosure, I only got an estimate from this business for our water heater and even though it was lower than any other estimate, we decided to go with another plumber...for the simple fact that Ray was incredibly rude the entire time he was at our home.

From the get go he acted as though we were a bother to him. I mean even giving his name seemed like we were pulling teeth.

We have a home warranty and as part of that warranty have to have the business answer a few questions about the issue. Ray's response to most every question (other than his business info) was I don't know. If you don't know, not sure why I would trust you to do work at my home.

Then when I asked for a written quote he says I already told you and then says to me he doesn't provide it in writing. I've never heard of a reputable company who can't provide something in writing explaining the cost construct of their services. And, yes, he did tell the warranty company a quote, but never explained what was included in that pricing.

Finally, even if we had decided to go with this company, I can only speculate that the work would have been shoddy for the simple fact every single business we spoke to outside of him (at least 5 companies) called to attention the fact that permits were needed, some of the piping is out of code, and there is one other major issue needing repair. Again, since Ray could not be bothered to provide his quote in writing I have no idea if he actually planned to do things properly.

Long story short, use this business at your discretion and expect major attitude through the process.

G Force was very professional, accommodating and responsive to my needs! I would call them again as I felt pricing was fair and reasonable. This locally owned and operated business works hard to earn and retain your business-that’s the type of business I want to utilize....the large conglomerates are churn and burn-i would recommend you call G Force first as your need will have the owners input!
