On March 15th, I had what seemed to be an impossible plumbing task of removing an old glued-to-floor fiberglass tub and installing a new tub. The new one needed to go up three flights of stairs - and it is heavy! The crew did not even blink an eye. Project was done in hours, with no mess left behind. The crew was friendly and professional - and I paid a fair price for the work. Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. I will be using this crew for my next home projects.

A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

Roto-Rooter never came to look at the site of a significant plumbing job. They generated an estimate simply from the description of the job I gave them. Their estimate was about 3 times what other companies were bidding. Don't waste your time.

Atlantis fit me in during a very busy period with single degree temperatures & emergencies all over the city. I had a frozen pipe which burst, the crawl space flooded, & could not get to water turn off. Dave arrived promptly, was courteous & professional, & extremely knowledgeable. He determined a way to get to the water shut off valve, found a crack and 1 hole in the pipe, and was able to repair & replace. He kept me informed on every step, and suggested a solution for easier access to the shut off valve in the future. Highly recommend! I will definitely use Atlantis & Dave in the future!

My air conditioning went out on a Friday night. I called several HVAC companies the following Saturday and Matt at On Call Property Maintenance was the only one who told me he could come out on the same day to see what was going on. The fan motor ended up needing replaced on my ac unit and he came back on Sunday afternoon to install it. He quoted me a very good price especially considering he was doing all this during the weekend. I will definitely call Matt at On Call Property Management if I need help again. Thank you!

The company was scheduled to come to my property by my warranty company. They were fast to scheduled me for next day. I called them at night and left a voicemail asking them to call me an hour ahead before they show up in the morning because I work an hour away. They never called me in the morning to confirm. Because my appointment time was between 7 to 11, I called them twice and left a message. No one called me back. Around 9am I left my job to go over there by 10 and I waited and waited. At 11 I called them again and left a message but no one called me. I called again 30 minutes later and once again no one answers the phone and I left a message again. I even texted them but noone called back and they never showed up. I called the warranty company and cancelled and rescheduled with different company. I wasted total of 6 hours of my time and wasted money not working. They have zero responsibility and certainly not reliable.
