I've used them multiple times now and have finally decided to move on. They're certainly qualified but my biggest issue was the feeling that every time they came, they wanted to see how much they could charge me to complete the job. This last round, $750 to replace my main PRV, $1,150 to replace a sump pump, $200 (ea) to replace leaking sink faucet cartridges (almost 3-weeks of them searching for the parts, I ended up doing these myself for a materials cost of $11). I know pluming is not cheap, and doing it right is important (and they did everything right), but at some point (and I'm there now) you feel like you're being taken advantage of...after spending a lot of time and money with them, it's time to move on...

Everything you would want from a good plumbing service. They communicate well, show up on time, and do a fantastic job. They've replaced my water heater, and also went above and beyond to contact all their suppliers to find a part for my old toilet. A+. Will continue to use them for all plumbing work.

I found out that I had a leak in my house so I called Delta Plumbing from a quick google search. The plumber came and did an inspection. He quoted the fix for $700.00 (Fix vales and such for all three toilets($600.00) and re seat one tank($100.00)). Here is the kicker, he quoted that price stating that the leaks were coming from all three toilets in the house. In order to determine if it in fact was the toilet, all he would have to do is shut of the water line to the toilet. After some trouble shooting myself by shutting of water to the toilets and checking the meter, which was still running, I determined the leak to be some where else. I order the $39.99 special that was on their website for the leak detection and did not get everything promised, especially the slab leak detection, which I am sure is the cause of the problem.I would not recommend this company as they are obviously quoting ridiculous amounts for fixes that are assumptions.

Jontell created a mess in my home and my problem returned 2 days later and we weren't able to reach him when it did. Just go with an actual company and save your time and money!

Reggie installed the wrong size toilet in my bathroom, the toilet started to link around the base. One of his plumbers removed the toilet and installed another toilet it was also linking and it was having flushing issues. He installed another toilet it have the same problem. The conversation I had was Reggie would come out himself to see what was going with the toilet. That conversation happen the week before April 6th. It's almost May and I have not got received a phone/nothing.

These guys are by far the best. We had several other companies come out first and they could not fix our problem. Best 1 Plumbing never gave up until our water heater was fixed and working. I highly recommend this company. Shodd was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

We had such a positive experience when a water pipe broke in our home last year that the first plumber we called when we didn’t have hot water was Atlantis. They sent a technician the same day we called on Friday before Memorial Day weekend! We were told of a severe leak in our tankless water heater and it needed to be replaced. Atlantis helped expedite the warranty process and get us a new water heater! We highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing for great service and reasonable prices!!

Another company charged me $70 just to come out and tell me I needed to spend $8,000 on a new hvac system. Matt didn’t charge me anything to come out and give me a second opinion. He fixed it for $175. That was 2 years ago and it’s still running. Repaired my toilet last week for $65. Fair prices. Honest work.
