I had trouble getting a plumber to my until I gave these guys a call. They came right out the next say and fixed the issue I was having. Their professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail was refreshing.

My gas line from the meter to the house had a leak where it went under ground and into the house. Ray and his team rerouted it so everything was above ground and did an excellent job. They were also very helpful in answering any questions and really educated me on what they were doing. I will definitely call A Plus Priority Plumbing again for future needs.

Have always found Atlanta Plumber Repair, Inc great. Very reliable, they do a brilliant job fast and their customer service is excellent. They are not the cheapest but they are worth every penny!

8 hours late getting to our house with no contact in between. We had to keep calling to get an ETA. When they finally arrived the guys were rude and acted like it was a bother to look at the problem. They said they could not fix either problem (one was just a leaky kitchen sink) and charged us $395 for zero work or effort.

Company was hired to install two faucets and new shower head and faucet in shower. Plumber who came out gave me an estimate for job, which was lower than another companies previous estimate. The other company said they would have to cut into the wall Plumb Pros plumber said it would not be necessary, even though I pointed out what the other company had said. I then okayed the work he started the work did the two faucets and started the shower. He then came to me and said he would have to go through the wall and the cost would be an additional $1400 on top of the original quote. This would have made the cost $900 more than the quote from the previous company. I told him not to do the shower and then called the original company which came and did the shower. Paying both companies cost me $250 more than the total bid from the first company. What work Plumb Pro did for installing the other two faucets was fine. I felt the Plumb Pro plumber should have known what was required to do the work on the bid they gave originally, especially after me telling what the other plumber had said. There work was fine but I do not think I will be calling them again.

So it's Friday night after a long work week...settled in to watch what would turn out to be a disappointing Clemson game. When after one fateful flush of the upstairs toilet, we had water rushing through the smoke detector in the garage and onto the garage floor. The Mr. Plumber representative who was on the receiving end of my frantic call was exceptionally pleasant! While they could not send someone out immediately, they were able to send someone out the next day. Sewer Specialist, John Matlock, arrived on time and was amazing! He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me options on repairs. I could repair the toilet at a certain cost or get a new toilet installed for a little bit more. He was honest about costs and timelines. He was not pushy at all. In fact, I asked him if he could snake my sons' tub while he was out because it was draining slowly. After looking at it, he told me that snaking it would not fix the issue. He could still do it if I wanted him too. However, I would be paying for something that wouldn't fix the problem. He was personable and efficient! While I hope I never experience another plumbing problem, if I do...I will call John at Mr. Plumber. I'm highly satisfied!

The water heater at my in-laws' house broke on Christmas Eve. Rex was the epitome of professionalism and politeness. He knows what he's doing, and he does it well and affordably. We're over the moon.

Had the water main bust in my backyard a week before Thanksgiving and all the other places I called couldn't make till Monday!! Called R.S. Andrew's and they came the very next morning! Knocked it out the same day and was good to go! Charles was very helpful with explaining everything to me up front. Alexis with Quick Action is excellent ~ he arrived 1/2 hour we called about a broken water line and had the line repaired within 2 hours. He did a great job!

I contacted Keith to handle a plumbing issue where my my pipes would hum when I ran the water. He quickly responded and explained his cost and set an appointment time. On appt day, Keith was prompt and professional. He wore a face mask and shoe coverings ( especially important during COVID) . He evaluated my issue and was able to fix my issue quickly and for a reasonable price. It's so difficult to find professionals who truly are passionate about their work. I am glad I selected Keith as my plumber. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional and just an overall genuine and friendly person.
