My gas line from the meter to the house had a leak where it went under ground and into the house. Ray and his team rerouted it so everything was above ground and did an excellent job. They were also very helpful in answering any questions and really educated me on what they were doing. I will definitely call A Plus Priority Plumbing again for future needs.

Had Charles W. come to my home to replace a tub faucet I broke during a repair. I am a former landlord and have interacted with at least 100 contractors on various projects for home maintenance. My experience with Charles was easily among the highest in satisfaction ever! Not only was the price in the same range as most others ( it beat the lowest by $50 and one plumber attempted to charge me $375 more for the same problem), he had no problem not only explaining to me the issues but also showing me the sources and how to solve them myself in the future. I will likely never call another plumber. Seriously!

the first person that came out on 9/15 had a defective drain auger that would not spin. its not good for business for a representative to have defective tools. Dispatch could not send another person out during the time i was available.on 9/16 the next day a different person came out Charlie who knew much more about cleaning drains. it took him about 2 hrs but he worked hard and did a good job. i am pleased with his personal presentation to his customers. We've dealt with a few plumbers but now that we've found Atlantis plumbing we won't change anymore. Jon was great, friendly, and diagnosed the problem right away. I can't recommend him and his company enough!

I called Tim Chen plumbing as my company had installed a gas line and we needed a licensed plumber to come and verify that everything was correct with the installation. We were nearing the end of the project and I called Tim and within two hours he had a technician on our job site performing the inspections and making the connections to the meter for us. The response time was amazing! He allowed us to get the project finished and receive payment. Thanks so much Tim Chen plumbing! I will definitely be using them for future projects. Highly recommend!!

They changed out a cold water line to my shower, and they did a great job. Very fast and efficient!

We had a major blockage with our kitchen sink over the holidays. I called John and heard on his voicemail that he was on vacation until 1/5 so I decided to hang up. Less than an hour later he called me back and asked if he had missed my call and if there was something he could help with! Who does that in this day and age? We made an appointment and John came as expected. After a quick assessment, he diagnosed the issue and resolved it. He was so easy to work with and explained what he was doing with the appropriate level of detail as he went. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

I hired two other plumbing companies before this one and they were not able to fix the leak that I was having in my basement. I should have called Atlanta Plumbing sooner. Their plumbers definitely know what they’re doing.

If you are looking for a plumber who cares about their customers, look no further. My water heater went out on Monday and Victor was able to get a new one for me by Tuesday. Guillermo installed my water heater after 5pm and stayed until he was satisfied with the job. He replaced a pipe that was causing a huge increase in my water pressure which could have caused a lot of damage later on if not repaired. He also solved an issue I was experiencing with my toilet. He also educated me about reading the psi on my water heater and what it should be at all times. Thank you, Victor and Guillermo!!!
