My gas line from the meter to the house had a leak where it went under ground and into the house. Ray and his team rerouted it so everything was above ground and did an excellent job. They were also very helpful in answering any questions and really educated me on what they were doing. I will definitely call A Plus Priority Plumbing again for future needs.

Scott at Plumbpros came to figure out where a sewage smell was leaking into our bathroom. Of course, the smell was not present when he was there, so he could not immediately determine the source. The only option seemed to be a smoke test that would have cost hundreds of dollars, would not guarantee that source would be found, and would not include the cost of fixing the problem. All hope seemed lost before Scott, using his super powers of investigation asked when the last time the master bath had been used. The answer was at least 2 years. Scott bet his mother's life that p-trap was dry and the smell was leaking in through there. We ran some water through the tube and the smell has not come back. I have used Atlantis Plumbing a few times, they have quoted several projects for me. Always upfront and professional. Jackie is name you should ask for when scheduling Atlantis plumbing. I have seen him tackle projects that other plumbers didn’t want to do. Very experienced and fast. Knows commercial plumbing as well as residential. Had an issue with an automatic flush sensor the other day, problem could have been several things, he guessed right the first time, had it fixed, told me what to watch for in the future, and was gone. Highly recommend you ask for Jackie when scheduling Atlantis Plumbing.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

we had a sewage clog in our building that turned out to be related to our cast iron 6 pipe having about 1 scaling around the inner diameter. contacted four plumbers to do the job. two of them recommended Fletch Barney. one said that in case the job goes south, they would subcontract Fletch Barney. I figured I should call them directly!

after the initial inspection, I was still uneasy about the scope. when I called, Mr Fletcher took the time to chat with me and educate me on the process, assuring me I was making the right call.

best decision I could have made. the price was well under the other plumbers' quotes and they did a great job -- my cast iron line is now smoother than the day it was installed some 120 years ago.

Palette Plumbing, specifically Bryan, has done a great job installing a new tub to replace the tub that was causing a leak into my kitchen. Very professional and Bryan was very kind and straight forward with estimates. No surprises and got the job done within a day by himself despite the difficulty of the task with removing the previous tub which he had to saw apart to remove. Also were able to recommend a sheet rock and tile partnering contractor to repair the cutting that had to be done.

Edit: Had to call them again to solve a different issue with a leak in our main water line. Jay Jay Barnes provided quick and efficient work and was very friendly the whole time.

I had to have a new kitchen faucet. Michael from Panther Plumbing came and installed it in no time!! He was very nice and informative about everything he was doing!!
