I called so many people. Everyone was so vague about price and nobody could come today. Matt said he didn’t charge anything to check it out and would give me a set price before he did any repair and once repaired I would pay that price and nothing more. It was low on Freon 145 bucks and its blowing ice cold.

I receive a new heating and air service from Estes, each time that I have contacted Estes customer service. I have received exceptional service the last agent, Miss Jennifer Dorsey took the time to find information that nothing to do a/c and she email me all of the documents. She also took the time to answer non-related questions as it relates to my Home issues not AC issues, so I really do appreciate her time and courteous Ness in providing none AC questions

We've used this company three times now for both plumbing and gas work and they are always prompt friendly and professional. They're great!

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.
