Best Repair Water Heater in Atlanta GA

They came in and unclogged a pipe that I have been trying to unclog for a week-plus with chemicals and snakes.

Morningside is the best. Their service professionals are extremely responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking and trustworthy. They replaced our entire water line and did it quickly so that we could stop our huge water bills. They did a great job for us and I will continue to call them for any plumbing issues.

Mr. White put me at ease, explained why most companies avoid warranty work and assured me his technician could fix my issue TODAY!! Jason was so professional. He impressed my husband with his efficency and courteous demeanor (not an easy feat). In less than 45 minutes, we had cool air flowing, and an understanding of our problem. A Plus will be my go to for ALL of my HVAC and plumbing needs.

A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

All around just an honest plumber.

I had a brand new faucet put in a bathroom(by a plumber that I used in the past) for a rental home of mine and 2 months after my tenants moved in, water started spraying underneath the sink and unto the floor. I was on my way to check it out when I saw Raymond's truck in the Home
Depot parking lot. I called him, he came outside, and followed me to my rental home. He informed me that the faucet was installed incorrectly and even showed me the difference! He even cleaned up after himself when he was finished! I have definitely found a new go-to plumber!

This was the worst plumbing/ customer service I have ever experienced. We had a leak at our house and called these guys over. When they arrived, we asked them for an estimate. They told us that it would be around 400-500 to look for the leak and the repair cost may vary depending on the size of the leak. They spent a total of 5 hours at the house and fixed a small leak under the bathroom sink. After they finished, they billed us for $3000. We thought it was a completely ludicrous amount for 5 hours of work. When we asked what the bill was for, the owner of the company, Mike, told us that he paid his plumbers $250 per hour per person. I felt as though he was scamming us. When we refused to pay that amount, he told us that it's coming out of the insurance's pocket anyways, so it didn't matter how much they charged. They were extremely rude and began threatening us. We ended up settling for a lesser amount although we still overpaid. When we called back a few days later to get the itemized invoice for our insurance, the secretary hung up the phone as soon as she heard our name. She refused to let us talk to the owner and became extremely hostile towards us. In the end, we never got our itemized invoice. This was hands down the worst customer service I have ever received.

I had an emergency leak in my downstairs bathroom and Cory from Roto-Rooter arrived under an hour after I called it in on a Sunday. Everything was replaced and fixed fast and professionally for an all around stress free experience. Thanks very much.

Going through Home Depot, this was 3rd provider who contacted me. 4 commodes needed guts replaced. This company quoted most reasonablly priced for the job, scheduled service the next day. CJ and Charles made quick work of a nasty job, bolts rusted to the tank, just nasty. Plus they were genuinely very nice guys. What impressed me most is CJ was doing a mental assessment of my over home plumbing system, detected low water pressure. After the commodes were operational, he took time to assess master water connection and noted that the water pressure valve is to old to adjust, along with the valve installed by the builder, 12 years ago, is to small for the system installed. I'm beyond pleased with the services provided, most deserving of my time to provide this honest review. Great customer service. Tucker, GA
