Best Repair Tub Drain in Atlanta GA

On November 18th 2014 the toilet in my bathroom overflowed for some reason and flooded my downstairs. Thankfully, a friend of mine just had some plumbing maintenance done at there house and had just told me about how great this plumbing company (Morningside Plumbing) was to work with. So I gave Morningside Plumbing a call. They responded very promptly and assured me that everything would be okay. The service technician was very professional and courteous and advised me that I had a blockage in my sewer line, he ran a machine down the line so we could use our plumbing, and then a camera to inspect the pipe (who knew that was possible). I was advised that tree roots had separated my line and completely blocked the pipe. He showed me on his Ipad where the problem was, and the work that was needed. He also quoted me a fair price and scheduled me they following day to replace the pipe. Then advised me of a company (Can-Restore of East Ga), who could take care of the water damage and clean up at my house. Again, everything went smooth, they showed up the same night cleaned up the mess, dealt directly with my insurance company. I would definitely recommend Morningside Plumbing to anyone I know. 100% Satisfied.

Delta Plumbing exemplifies great customer service. I scheduled an appointment to have the septic tank at my parents' house pumped. Despite the great work performed, we ran into an issue with a pricing discrepancy. The professionals at Delta Plumbing responded immediately with an apology and a solution. I've had a few other plumbers before and never had one I liked. I've been having water pressure problems in my new house and decided to give these guys a call. Well worth it. Jason gave me some advice on the phone and I was able to diagnose and fix the problem myself. It was a small thing, but the next time I have a big job I'm giving him a call and referring other homeowners to him. Knowledgable, friendly and professional. Reply to owner: It would have been much easier for you to say that when we asked you to speak to them. Additionally, you weren't asked to negotiate anything, you were asked two simple questions about the issue. We planned to pay for services ourselves and work back ourselves with the warranty company. However, as I stated in my review and as you demonstrated in your reply, you couldn't be bothered with conducting business professionally.

Full disclosure, I only got an estimate from this business for our water heater and even though it was lower than any other estimate, we decided to go with another plumber...for the simple fact that Ray was incredibly rude the entire time he was at our home.

From the get go he acted as though we were a bother to him. I mean even giving his name seemed like we were pulling teeth.

We have a home warranty and as part of that warranty have to have the business answer a few questions about the issue. Ray's response to most every question (other than his business info) was I don't know. If you don't know, not sure why I would trust you to do work at my home.

Then when I asked for a written quote he says I already told you and then says to me he doesn't provide it in writing. I've never heard of a reputable company who can't provide something in writing explaining the cost construct of their services. And, yes, he did tell the warranty company a quote, but never explained what was included in that pricing.

Finally, even if we had decided to go with this company, I can only speculate that the work would have been shoddy for the simple fact every single business we spoke to outside of him (at least 5 companies) called to attention the fact that permits were needed, some of the piping is out of code, and there is one other major issue needing repair. Again, since Ray could not be bothered to provide his quote in writing I have no idea if he actually planned to do things properly.

Long story short, use this business at your discretion and expect major attitude through the process.

We don't provide free estimates, they said, but we will charge you $69 that includes a full home inspection. Well, I didn't ask for a home inspection, I asked for an estimate for repairs on a water heater, or replacement if repairs aren't possible. Sounds to me like they're just looking for an opportunity to milk the prospective customer for unrequested repairs. No thanks, G-Force.

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
