I called Jontell because we had a leak under the sink. He came within the hour. Upon arrival he was able to diagnose the issue, as well as tell me what I needed and could do next to address the issue we were having. He is also an electrician, so we discussed some opportunities for the future. I will be calling him again.

well I'm going to start by saying I called Ray to My home to fix a leak I had and He came out and did a good job with fixing it I thought until it started to leak he had to come back at lease 3 times within a 1 Hour period. I have Brand new Hradwoods installed inside my home recently. so I offerd him foot protection and he VERY rudely refuses them because he is un professional & Most likely upset with the Leak problem we were having. I thought using them would be good but, I Hate to say it But u get what u pay for I would Rather be over charged Next time then to Deal with this Company ever again. But they did Fix the Problem Thank God. Hopefully they do a better job for u then they did for me and my family.

Emmanuel and Tarell came out and fixed a broken water pipe. They did so in a timely fashion and we’re professional.

I received a quote from another company that was just ridiculous the price was a joke. On my way home from picking up my children I saw the Reggi The Plumber truck and took a pic. Called them they to set up an appointment. They arrived early that was a plus asked some questions took a look at the problem and got to work. My children can not take a bath!!! The best part is they did not charge me a house payment to fix the issue at hand. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am keeping them that's for sure.

Robert Camp and Demarcus went above and beyond. They fixed the leak in our crawl space - clearly explaining the issue and the solution. Then they cleaned up the entire area and sprayed a preventative mold solution to prevent mold for the future. I would highly recommend for their great customer service.

I had a leak in my crawl space. Choice home warranty referred them. A plumber can out and refused the clean the water because he said it was raw sewage. He then told me I needed a water restoration company. He also asked for the $75 service call fee because he showed up (but never entered the crawl space). A few days later a water restoration company came out to clean up the water, but couldn’t because there was 2 pipes that burst (these pipes cause the raw sewage leak) The company said I needed to call the plumbers back out to fix the the leak first and then they would return to clean up the water. Choice home warranty called them a second time and informed them they needed to come fix the pipes…they never showed up or returned my numerous calls. I have 4 children in my home with no hot water and raw sewage under my home. And they were no help. Choice home warranty should have them removed from their list of referrals!!!!!!!!!!!
