I asked Paul at Morningside Plumbing to remodel my master bathroom. His team did a very professional job including evaluating and pricing the work, demolition, plumbing, installation of a new tile floor, building a new vanity ,installing the new vanity countertop and fixtures. During part of the project, I was out of town and Paul sent updates with pictures on a regular basis. In addition, he made very helpful improvement suggestions. He came in on budget within the agreed timeline. And last but not least, the team took great care to cover the bedroom furniture and clean up after the work was completed. I am extremely happy with the quality of their work and would highly recommend Morningside Plumbing!

If there's one word to describe Kris of Pride Plumbing, it would be extraordinary. It's not a word I'd normally chose to describe anyone - but with the above and beyond work that Kris did for me, that would be the word.

If you're like me, you're debating between several plumbers you've found on Thumbtack, or even some of the bigger guys like Mr. Plumber. The big guys simply charge too much, while the little guys, you may not be sure about their quality of work. I had peppered Kris with tons of questions about the process. Some questions I knew the answer to, but I wanted to test his honesty and knowledge. Unlike some other Thumbtack plumbers, he never rushed me to try to agree to a job.

Kris gave me a competitive quote, and despite the hardships faced that were out of his control, he saw the project till the end without charging me an extra dime. I will not go to detail on the hardships, but we had to call out Atlanta Gas and call up the manufacturer, Rheem. At the end, Kris had to repair the thermapile on the heater as well as unkink the gas line to resolve the issues. The project, which would normally take 3 hours, took 10 hours over 2 days (much of it waiting on Rheem customer service!)

At times it was frustrating, but Kris kept up his professionalism and saw it till completion. This was a rental property and he was concerned about completing the job before the tenant came back from vacation. After job was done and the tenant came back to use it, he followed up with me several times to make sure it was all working.

Kris could have upcharged me in different areas. For example, I told him Mr. Plumber said my expansion tank was water logged and I need to pay $$. Kris showed me it wasn't!

We all could use hardworking, professional and honest craftsmen like Kris. I would definitely hire him for my future plumbing jobs.

Anthony installed a water line and shut off valve for my refrigerator. He was quick and friendly. I loved that he was able to diagnose the problem, determine needed parts, and make the repair during the same visit. He was in and out in about an hour, and provided a coupon to lower the cost of service. This 5 star experience will have me relying on Delta for any future repair needs. Thanks!

A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

This is the first time I've used PlumbPros Plumbing. From beginning to end, the process was quick, professional and friendly. I will definitely use this company again.

My first call was to stop a leaking toilet. Roto Roooter showed up fast and didn't charge a fee to give an estimate. The Tech recommended the wax seal be replaced and I told him to go ahead and do the job. The tech didn't turn off the main water line and the supply line burst. Water gushed out everywhere, down the walls and into the garage. $408 later the link was still happening. Roto Rooter come back and said the toilet needs to be replaced. The total cost for that was $720. So now I have a small handy cap toilet that comes out away from the wall for the total value of $1,130. But hey, the toilet doesn't leak! First and last time I will ever use this over priced service again. After all of this happened Roto Rooter contacted me and gave me a refund for the $408.
