This company is amazing! Incredibly fast response. Honest, reliable, hardworking plumber Richard saved our home from further damage. We will never use another company! In the midst of a rash of burst pipes, they came out quick and solved our issue. Prices are fair.

We've worked with Ben Broome twice now. He is THE BEST. Very nice, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. He takes the time to explain everything that is wrong and gives you all of your options. Very fair pricing. I cannot say enough good things about Ben and Atlantis Plumbing.Update: We just had to call Atlantis to come out for a pin hole leak in our pipes. We worked with another plumber today and Atlantis plumbers must have found all the best plumbers in the atlanta area because they were great. We had two come out to help this time, Jackie and Brandon. Our service couldn’t have been better. They were quick, knowledgeable and gave us great advice for the future. We will continue to only work with Atlantis plumbing and recommend them highly.

I called so many people. Everyone was so vague about price and nobody could come today. Matt said he didn’t charge anything to check it out and would give me a set price before he did any repair and once repaired I would pay that price and nothing more. It was low on Freon 145 bucks and its blowing ice cold.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

My hot water heater was leaking. Ashley at Fletch-Barney understood the implications of damage to my house if the leak was not quickly addressed. She arranged to have someone come out that very morning. The technicians arrived within two hours; they were friendly, professional and respectful. Victor and Garland replaced my hot water heater, and answered all my questions. Overall it was a very good experience and I will not hesitate to use Fletch-Barney again in the future.

He explained how to maintain our water heater in the future. Very knowledgeable. Would use this service again!
