Zee and Kennth came out to replace our bathroom faucet, shower head, and stopper about a month a go. About 3 weeks later, the stopper broke. They came right back out and replaced it at no charge. They are stand up, honest guys. I would hire them over and over again.

Paul came out to give me a quote for having a new outdoor hose spigot installed on our second floor balcony and helped to think through a tidy solution to our somewhat complicated task in a townhouse community with a lot of rules. Josh did an excellent job doing the work and only had to make one reasonable cut in our garage wall downstairs. Called about having septic tank pumped quoted price was $199. For 1000gal tank. Once they arrived said I had to have risers installed and that my lines were completely clogged but have no issues inside house, inside drains just make gurgling noises every time rains (had rained for the past 18hrs prior to them showing up) so explained didn't want risers bc of the utv, 4wheelers etc that close to the surface then they stated couldn't warranty work(?) I said, warranty pumping a tank?? I don't need a warranty just the tank pumped. Then he told husband wouldn't do any work unless we had a least one riser installed. So husband said cover holes up. So be aware $199.00 quoted for 1000gal tank is to get them there to push additional items installed that are not necessary to pump a septic tank out. Invoice he emailed was for $2270.00 for a gold service membership. All I needed was the tank pumped out, this is not the 1st time have our septic pumped but this is 1st company stating we needed all these additional installed items & unnecessary items, oddly interesting...people please dont yourself to be taken advantage of.

Excellent service, price, and fast response. I appreciate that Saturday is a business day for them because I'm too busy during the week and I don't want to pay the emergency rate. I called them Saturday morning and Harold came by just 3 hours later to fix my garbage disposal. He was very friendly and professional and he was able to unclog the disposal and get it working perfectly again, which saved me hundreds from having to buy a new disposal. Roto rooter installed a new water line from the meter to my house, they did an excellent job and did it quickly. They installed copper piping in my house 19 years ago and it is still going strong. I am very impressed with the company and will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

They did such an excellent job on installing my Glacier bay toilets in my basement and upstairs bathroom. It was such a reasonable price and I plan to use them for all my plumbing issues moving forward.

I've used the Best family twice now in the past 6 months. First I had a water main leak and they were out next day and got everything done the following day after assessing the damage. Then today I had them replace my water heater. It tokk about 2 days to get me worked in (but i had water just not hot water which wasnt that big of a deal to us) They went above and beyond. The last person kind of made a mess of it and they swooped in and replaced everything that was broken and repaired everything that was done wrong before. I will definitely call them with all of my plumbing needs from here on out.

Bison installed the plumbing in my new construction home. There were a couple of issues, but they timely repaired them. This rating splits the difference between the install/set up issues and and the timely warranty service.
